Fantastisk utsikt, vackra solnedgångar och ljudet av brytande vågor väntar dig på denna underbara tre sovrum 21/2 badstadsbostad i Puamana. Hemmet ligger på den lugna norra änden av fastigheten med närhet till klubbhuset, tennisbanor och havspoolen.

Vårt hem har ombyggts för ungefär 10 år sedan. På övervåningen finns två sovrum och ett badrum. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, kontorsutrymme och en vacker Lanai. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng. Nedre våningen finns en juniorsvit med en queen size-säng och eget badrum.

Alla rum har takfläkt samt luftkonditionering. Köket har granit bänkskivor. GET / TAT-046-068-7360-01

Oceanfront Good Times

Beautiful end unit right on the water. Listened to the waves and let the breeze blow through the house to sing us to sleep. Excellent sunset watching the surfers and looking across to the island of Lanai. Close to town and nearby beaches, but off the road enough for peace and quiet. Excellent stay.

Excellent Puamana Property!

Our family loves Puamana and it’s location relative to Lahaina. This property was perfect for a family of four. The check-in and out were easy and convenient. Can’t beat it it, would definitely come back.

Blissful Setting for Mom’s 80th Birthday

Great Property with Amazing Views

We had a great experience from the time we booked to check out. Dave was very responsive and answered all our questions. The condo was exactly what we were expecting and the views were amazing. Check in and check out were very easy. I will definitely stay here again:)

Size of property was perfect for our group of 6 adults. Interior could use updating. If to be a 5 star unit, personal soap and shampoos should be included.

An amazing property!

We loved our stay at Puamana 58-1. The unit was fantastic, clean and perfect for our small group. The views and ocean front… wow! We had kayaks delivered to our door within 12 hours and launched right out the back door for whale watching. We had a momma & calf circle us within 10 minutes! We would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for an ocean front experience.

Great

We loved this property, the Puamana community and Lahaina town. Comfortable beds and good water pressure. Great air conditioning. Barbecues every night by the ocean, how can you rate that? You can walk to Lahaina though you must do so by the road (slow or no traffic anyway). Angie responded promptly my questions, thanks! We’d love to come back soon!

Family vacation

The condo and the property are spotless. All that you need is provide. The pool's where nice. We spent most of our time in the quiet pool. The sunset from the back patio is spectacular. You must make time to enjoy it. The walk to front street where most of the activities are was a quick 25 minute walk from the condo. We hope to come back to this condo in the future

Amazing View and Accomodations

The second we walked in the front door, the view was amazing! Master bedroom faces the water and enjoyed being able to hear the waves every night. Being here for whale season we were also lucky enough to see whales from the backyard. Loved the location of this property, very close to the activity on Front Street, but also private being in a gated community. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Everything was clean and enjoyable. Had a slight issue with the AC in the master bedroom, but it was taken care of very quickly and appreciated the responsiveness. Looking forward to an opportunity to stay here again, would certainly be my first choice on Maui!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WE enjoy our stay at 58-1. A couple of things need addressing.Downstairs toilet does not work. Knives for cutting are like wood they cannot cut anything. It would be nice to have a kettle.

An Oasis

My family of four (2 kiddos, 5 & 7), and my in-laws stayed at this lovely property in Puamana. The property is beautifully maintained, and the backyard is literally the ocean. We loved watching the sunrise every morning with a cup of coffee from the back patio. There was plenty of room for our party of 6, and the downstairs bedroom and bathroom worked just wonderful for my young son who uses a wheelchair. Dave and the team at APVR were wonderfully attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay, including communication and coordination with Maui Baby Rentals. We enjoyed the pool areas - the family pool and the quiet pool, and even had a few mangoes from the trees in front of the clubhouse. The community is not far from Front Street at all and it was such a lovely and peaceful getaway. Thank you Dave & APVR!

Happy in Hawaii!!

We had a fabulous stay at this condo. There were 6 of us in total and the bedrooms(3) and bathrooms (2.5) with the ensuite downstairs (for the parents) was perfect. I was a little concerned there was no dining room table on the inside (just counter stools) but the weather was so spectacular we had every meal outside. We cooked a lot of our meals at home and there was a lot of pots, pans, and basic spices and oils which was very helpful. My husband had broken his foot and was in a boot so a lot of the activities that we had planned we could not do. It was no problem though because to sit on the lanai right in front of the ocean was all we needed. You wake up... and you are right there!! No need to pack up and head to the beach. In the complex they have a beautiful pool right on the water which was never really crowded. Everyone in the complex was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely return!

Can’t get any closer to the ocean

The condo was very spacious, had beautiful and accommodating indoor and outdoor living, furnishings. You can hear the waves crashing 24-7. Kitchen is well stocked. Only two beach chairs available, but also nice umbrella and enough beach and shower towels. I did not like the open showers cuz all the water sprayed out, but the rest of my family did not mind. Internet was slow, but got fixed and improved. Loved having grass, a water hose and rock and bushes barrier between us (and a covered lanai) and the water. Saw 3-4 turtles swimming daily right out our back slider. Good accessible parking right in front. Easy walk to nice beach. Appreciated the stroller on-site to carry our grandchild and stuff to beach and pool. Lots of space for multiple people to work or just have a little separation. Excellent for 5 adults and one 2 year old. It was a wonderful trip and our whole family loved the location and the unit itself. Can’t wait to return!

Fabulous BUT one thing can ruin it all

We can't say enough about the beauty of the setting of this townhome. Just gorgeous, sitting right on the water. We loved every minute of that! In addition, the townhome was nicely taken care of, clean and easy to stay in. HOWEVER, one thing can overpower all that and greatly influence your stay - the master mattress was like laying on a big sack of flour. It was ridiculous. I don't understand how so much care can be given to everything, yet the mattress is like a beanbag. We are not heavy people, not out of shape, but after one night, we were broken. Each night we dreaded going to bed. It affects your entire vacation. I'd prefer to not write reviews like this, but no response from the management company leads me to believe they don't care and I'd hate for another visitor to not be warned.

Beautiful lanai and plenty of space!

This space was great! It’s a little older and has some quirkiness, but it’s so comfortable and quiet. Being tucked back in the neighborhood with a perfect view of the sunset was fantastic. Being on the ground floor made the lanai feel HUGE. This was definitely more than enough space for our group of 4 adults. It would probably be very comfortable for 3 couples. It’s a little over a mile to walk into the Lahaina square and there isn’t always a sidewalk, so we usually drove. I enjoyed running from this location! I hope to be able to stay in this place again! Highly recommend.
