* Bedroom # 1 ( Master Bedroom ) - One Queen bed with TV, Private Bathroom, walk-in closet & a personal safe to keep your valuables.

* Bedroom # 2 - One Queen bed with TV

* Bedroom # 4 - Four Queen beds with TV

* Laundry Room: Extra Large sized washer & dryer so you don't have to go home with a suitcase full of dirty clothes

* Living Room #1 : Big sectional couch equipped with a Queen sized pull out bed. This room also has a TV, a round dining table and a wet-bar. Also has a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Arcade Machine!

* Living Room #2 : Two couches facing each other with marble table. Perfect for lounging, late-night hang-outs and games. Has a vaulted Ceiling.

* Dining Room - A Large dining table w/ a vaulted ceiling. Perfect for large dinners. Has a vaulted Ceiling.

* Kitchen - Newly remodeled kitchen with a barn sink and all the essentials. Also has a Round Breakfast Table.

* Backyard - Take a Morning dip in the pool before you start your day..... or late night dip in the jacuzzi... very well maintained! The backyard also has a Large outdoor sectional for lounging outside. Peaceful ambiance with animal art on the walls and lots of trees all around.

There is a BBQ in the Backyard
Please Clean the BBQ after use.

Lots and lots of board games and card games. Ninja Turtle Arcade machine.
Also, Two putting holes in the backyard and a TV equipped with an N64 along with all the classics! ( Mario Kart 64, Mario Party etc. )

CHECK IN ANYTIME AFTER 4PM
NO CHARGE FOR LATE ARRIVALS.

Check-Out time is 10am.

Self Check-In = The door has a key pad. The day of your check in, you will receive a private access code that will become active starting the time of your check in. ( 4pm ).

Just enter the Door code on the keypad to unlock the door.
To lock the door just push the "Lock" button.

Pool Hours are 10am to 10pm
Other things to note
A Photo of your Government ID must be provided after booking.
THE NOISE MUST BE KEPT DOWN AFTER 10PM
The house rules are strongly enforced.
