The Melendez family yearly getaway.

Juliet and Angel were too beautiful people that let us stay at their home. Beautiful home bless them both just stay was wonderful. I can wait till next year or maybe in December. I will be going back. God bless you both for everything.

Stay in Port St. Lucie

Overall we had a good stay at this property. The owners provided a place that was clean and well equipped. They have a nice pool, which they cleaned weekly. The owners were on premise. We didn’t understand they were staying in the garage, until we arrived. They were very helpful, sharing points of interest, places to dine, and things of that sort. My only suggestion is that renters be advised that the owners are in premise

2023 Christmas in Port Saint Lucie

We rented the home for three weeks. Home was lovely. The pool and garden areas were gorgeous. The weather sucked! Didn’t get to send much time enjoying the pool area. It was either rainy or cold or both.

Backyard haven

The pool and yard made the stay, a garden oasis. Lovely to be able to eat and entertain outside. Living room furniture in need of replacement. The kitchen cutlery , wine glasses, cooking utensils were inadequate. Very busy street.

Second year just as nice as the dirst5

We came back for a second year's 4 week stay in March 2023. The house is warm and clearly much loved. Not your standard sterile "late Florida" development. House is stocked with EVERYTHING,,,,and then some more! The tiled enclosed pool is where we spent most of our days. Thanks Angel, Juliette, and Julio.

Overall, the house was perfect for our vacation!

Loved the house! It was clean and spacious. Loved the patio and pool! Owners were right there when we had an issue. The only negative I can say is the kitchen was not very well equipped for cooking. No baking dishes, large bowls or blender. Pots and pans were minimal. That's the reason I gave it 4 stars.

Beware Beware Beware

I booked this house based on pictures (notice no pics of side of house and back yard) which are clearly old pics. The front yard is not looking like that now. Where’s the camper next to the house ? I booked really far in advance then tried to cancel and was told no refunds so we invited family and friends to come since we had it for 20 days. We arrived Jan 4 and left Jan 5th as soon as we repacked all our stuff gone by 8:00 Am. Main reasons we left: the house was not puppy friendly. Cheap glass vases of all sizes all around the place. Very tacky. Furniture old. Our puppies kept finding ant traps hidden around. The puppies could get out easily in back yard to some swamp on the other side. There was a camper in yard that had people living in it. There was a garage that had AC in window that was blacked out and we heard voices in there? Was someone in there? I was nervous all night. The back yard was not an oasis as others indicated it is an overgrown yard of unkept shrubs and weeds. The bird cage over pool is ripped. The kitchen utensils are old. We moved the rug in kitchen and ants and something else ran in cupboard. The road out front is very busy and no sidewalks to walk pets. ASK Questions! Is there others on the property and how close are they! We tried working out some compensation with the “manager “ and it’s all about $$$$. Big red flag! I have an excellent record with HomeAwAy owners and all their properties but this one got me. Opened my eyes to how listings can hide things and there is nothing a renter can do. I did contact HomeAway immediately upon leaving the property and made a complaint about others being there. They agreed that the listing should be more up front. I hope this at the least makes you ask questions of this owner.

Clean and quiet

Nice place, didn’t like the front door lock but it was clean, quiet, everything worked, owner is quick to answer messages. Would recommend if you’re coming to the area with kids and/or pets

Can't wait for next March!

Beat review is that we have already booked for March 2023 and we just left this morning.. Owners great, the place is SO clean, and stocked with everything you need (and some things you didn't even know you needed, like a sauna for your body and an air fryer for your food.)

Unexpected gem

We liked this house so much we have signed up to return next year. A few things you don't think about when renting an older house. GREAT hot water and water pressure. An ice maker better than the one I have a home. Excellent quality towels and linens (lots of them !!). Two recent bathroom renovations. Empty lot next door gives us total privacy in our private swimming pool. Enjoy.

Renter beware

Home looks good in pictures but not what you think. Home was clean and well furnished . Owners lived in RV and converted garage at the home and would access the home when you were not there . Also had visitors come into the home to use the faculties. Access door has a key pad lock and they can come and go as they like

Stunning property

The owner met us when we arrived and showed us the house. She was very sweet! The property was gorgeous and belongs in a magazine! It was so clean and we'll organized. The pool and lanai were relaxing and made entertaining family for our daughter's graduation amazing! The house provided everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. I would definitely return!
