Great home, location and host

We had some work in the area and stayed here several times for extended time periods. The house was awesome for bigger groups. The host was great and easy to communicate with.

Great extended stay!

This is a fantastic home that we rented for an extended work trip while in Charleston for the summer. It had everything we needed to spread out and have our own spaces as well as a well-equipped kitchen and all the touches of home. Everything was well maintained and the location was close to restaurants, grocery stores, and access to the highway. Our hosts were great to work with as we had to extend our stay multiple times and we were grateful they could accommodate us on such short notice. We will definitely stay here again!

Awesome place especially for a big group. Great host

My company rented this home for several months for a out of state job. The owner was awesome and very responsive. The AC was messing up one time and they immediately took care of it. The job ended and then a month later we got an emergency call to go back out. It was on a Sunday for same day check in, VRBO didnt even give the option for same day, i reached out to the owner and they said no problem, come on. Will definitely being using them anytime we go back.

Outdated and run down

1 tv which had no cable, outdated and broken furniture, broken oven, and worse of all the place had roaches. Overall this rental is very poorly maintained and in adequately equipped. I would not return to this place nor would I recommend it to anyone

Girls trip. Ladies impressed by home. Few.concerns. Some missing blinds. No DVD player for movies. Update bedroom furniture. Need room darkening blinds in bedrooms.

Highly recommended.....

My family am I stayed at this property for my wedding. Location was within a short distance from shopping plazas, and dining. The house was spotless. Owner was easy to be reached.

Beautiful, spacious, comfortable home!

We stayed here for our family Thanksgiving holiday, and it was perfect! The open kitchen, dining, and family room were wonderful, all modern amenities were there, everything was in great condition and very clean. There were plenty of towels, and there were even extra touches, like bottles of water, small bags of assorted snacks, and coffee pods upon our arrival! The owner was also very helpful coordinating with me for the drop off and pick up of a mini-crib we rented from another local company for my toddler. And we loved how much seating was available in the house - chairs everywhere! And lastly, the nice, quiet neighborhood made for lovely walks outside at all times of day and evening with my little one, who also enjoyed feeding the ducks in the pond behind the house.

Nice! Clean and very impressed!

This was a nice place and just a short drive into town. It was very clean and large enough for our family to stay together. I would recommend this to someone with a large family! It was like a new home away from home!

Great Stay for large family

We were in town for my fathers funeral, It made more sense to rent a house than use multiple hotel rooms, This is a wonderfully kept large home that met all of our needs, It is a brand new neighborhood and everything is kept up very well. Owner goes above and beyond to make for a comfortable stay. We were very happy and would not hesitate to rent this lovely house again. This was close enough to Charleston to be convenient without all the traffic and headaches Thank You!

Beautiful home and nice neighborhood!

Clean and nice layout

Mindy O was very prompt at responding to questions. The house is in a new subdivision and for my wife and I had a perfect layout with both the master suite and the spacious office all on the ground floor. Everything was immaculate on arrival. The kitchen is quite nice with a practical layout but lacks a few things a cook might like such a a garlic press. We did buy our own kitchen knife as well. Minor items that hopefully over time the owners will refine as the property is new to VRBO. Internet coverage in the house was great but if tv is your thing make sure you get a course in Netflix before arrival.

Great stay

I booked this home for a couple's retreat. It was awesome. I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival to find snacks, water, K-cups for us. The home was clean and there were plenty of towels and linen. Spacious bedrooms; the master is awesome!! The only downfall is that it is about a 30 min drive to the beach, but we did travel during peak season. Otherwise I would definitely recommend this rental! My group enjoyed the stay and the owner was very accommodating.

Beautiful and convenient home

A large group of friends stayed at this spacious and modern home in North Charleston for four nights. There was plenty of space to accommodate our group of 10 with the 5 bedrooms and huge kitchen.The location of this house was also highly convenient to the highway that could take you anywhere in Charleston you wanted. We could not have asked for a better place for a better deal! Highly recommended!
