In the heart of Pensacola Beach, this lovely 4-bedroom house is close enough for you to easily reach the gorgeous sandy shores. Purple Haze is located in the gated community of Santa Rosa Villa Estates. It offers a community pool, pier, and boat dock and is just steps to the emerald green waters and white sandy beaches. This home is situated right in between the Gulf of Mexico and the calm and peaceful Santa Rosa sound.

With a large covered front porch and open living space this home is a wonderful place for you and your family to enjoy a relaxing vacation! Lots of windows throughout the home let the Florida sunshine in. The kitchen offers quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including an electric stove, dishwasher and large side-by-side refrigerator. The open and airy kitchen is fully stocked with enough dishes for the entire family, cooking utensils, pots and pans, toaster oven, blender, crock pot, and a Keurig! The large kitchen island allows for extra seating and right off of the kitchen is a dining nook with a large table that seats 6.

With an open concept, the living room is directly off the kitchen complete with a comfy sofa(bed), smart tv and electric fireplace. French doors open off the living room onto a side porch complete with chairs for relaxing. There is a powder room on this level of the home. Two bedrooms, each with 1 queen bed, and a full bath with tub and shower combo are also located on the first living level. Full sized washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board are located in the laundry room.

The master bedroom offers 1 queen bed and is located on the upper level with a French door leading to a private balcony; a wonderful place to relax and read your favorite book. The master bedroom also has a smart TV with an electric fireplace console. The full bathroom has double vanities, and a tiled shower with glass doors. There is a 4th bedroom on the other side of the bathroom with 2 twin beds.

The outside space on the ground level of this home features a large covered porch with a large table, TV, hot tub, and large ceiling fan. Enjoy relaxing around the fire pit. Right inside the back porch is an additional full sized refrigerator for easy access to your snacks and beverages. Bicycles, beach chairs, floats, toys, and ample beach towels for your family to enjoy.

Our quiet, gated community with sidewalks allows for a safe place for children to play and ride bikes. We are just steps away from a Pensacola Trolley stop (seasonal) which will provide free transportation around Pensacola Beach. We are also less than 4 miles from the Pensacola Beach boardwalk. The community pier is located on Santa Rosa Sound, and the Gulf of Mexico is a 1 minute walk directly across the street. Cool off in the newly renovated community pool, located directly across from the house.
