This cozy duplex with newly remodeled interior is equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine, heating, AC, Wi-Fi, and exterior dinning space. Just a 18 minute drive from downtown SLC and an average 30 minute drive to all nearby ski resorts, this location caters convenience and comfort for your stay.
This duplex includes private entrance and on site parking. The bedrooms include a king size bed in one and a queen in the other. TV with Samsung+ channels as well as all streaming services you can use your own login info to use. Kitchen includes all essentials such as oven and induction stovetop, microwave, fridge and freezer and dishwasher. There is exterior dinning space on the rear deck for you to use at your leisure.
Beautiful mountain views out the large windows. Smith's grocery store and gas station as well a Walmart are just around the corner. Location is also in proximity to the St. Mark's hospital and other medical services. Bus stops are located just across the street and just a few houses down if you plan to use public transit.
