Welcome to your serene getaway in the heart of Royal Palm Acres! This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers a blend of modern comforts and tropical charm. With spacious, bright interiors and a seamless indoor-outdoor flow, this home is perfect for relaxation or small vibrant gatherings.
The space
Enjoy bright, airy living spaces that lead into a fully updated kitchen island seating for six, and a large pass-through window perfect for alfresco dining.
Backyard Oasis: Step outside to your private paradise, complete with a cabana bar, multiple leisure and dining areas, and a large pool set amidst lush tropical greenery. Note: Pool use is at your own risk, there is no lifeguard on duty.
Bedrooms: The split layout enhances privacy, with two bedrooms featuring double doors that open directly to the backyard, allowing you to wake up to the soothing sounds of nature.
Location: Ideally situated in a quiet corner lot, you’re just minutes from parks, the vibrant nightlife and excitement of Downtown Fort Lauderdale and multiple area beaches.

- The Pool is serviced weekly. Being outdoors and unscreened, leaves and small debris may blow into the pools between service but this will not necessitate additional cleanings. A pool net is provided if leaves cause any inconvenience in between cleanings
