Welcome to our house - a newly renovated apartment & just a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and Old Quarter, while quiet enough to relax from the chaotic street noise.
You will get a chance to truly live a Hanoian life with local neighbor, local food in a secure surrounding area.
While in Hanoi, live like a local!
The space
* THE HOUSE
+ Hoan Kiem District. 650m to Trang Tien Plaza & Old Quarter Area
+ Variety of coffee shops & food choices: 400m to famous Bun Cha Obama, 400m to Pho Thin beef noodle soup, 300m to Pho rollsâŠ.
+ 300m to traditional Hom Market for fresh food & fabric shopping;
+ 350m to St Anthony Ham Long Church;
+ 100m to ATM & 200m to banks
+ The house is a 8 story-home with lift;
+ Outside surveillance camera 24/24;
* THE ROOM
+ 40 square meter with private bathroom. Balcony - outer view.
+ Air conditioning;
+ Double size bed, wardrobe, TV which can connect Netflix;
+ Working table;
+ Private bathroom;
+ Kitchen area,
+ Basic cooking ware: Fridge, microwave, stove, kettle, pot and pan. Due to hygiene reasons, no oil & spices provided.
* THE SHARED AREAS WITH OTHER GUESTS
+ Shared laundry area at ground floor

Guests go through private entrance door & reach the rooms by elevator.

- When you check in, we would need a copy of your passport/ID to declare your stay with the local authority.
- FREE Laundry - Self Served - Liquid Detergent supplied
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not stock cooking spices & cooking oil.
- You will be given:
+ Passcode to unlock the entrance door
+ Room key & electricity card (to use air conditioner & water heating)
+ Welcome drink of bottled water upon arrival. The bottles are not restocked during the stay.
+ 1 bath towel per guest daily.
- Extra toilet paper, tissue etc. are available on request, feel free to let us know.
- Trash collection is done every day. Please leave the tightened trash bag outside of the room & we will collect them between 10am â 1pm daily.
- We also have big trash bin at the ground floor to put the trash bag.
- Room cleaning is done every other day. Please let us know if you donât want the cleaner to enter the room during the stay or have other specific cleaning request.
- Please kindly TURN OFF all of the electric devices unused when you leave home (even during your stay) to avoid overuse of electricity & to save the energy, then protect the environment.
