Ligger mittemot historiska Lake George Village. Lake George är en av regionens vackraste sjöar inbäddade i Adirondack-bergen, det är hisnande!

Fullt möblerat privat hem beläget på en privat sidogata med semi-privat tillgång till stranden och sjöutsikt. Byn Lake George ligger mindre än en mil bort och på gångavstånd. Njut av minigolf, arkader, exceptionella restauranger, underhållning, cykelleder, vandring och shopping.

För dig som gillar golf finns det många offentliga kurser i området. Temaparken Great Escape ligger 15 minuter bort. Saratoga Racetrack är en kort 30 minuters resa söder om Lake George och erbjuder mer spänning för familjen.

Det finns så många saker att göra från fiske, bad, båtliv, para segling, vandring, cykling, ridning, slangar och vattenskidor eller så kan du bara koppla av i din privata trädgård eller ner på den semi-privata stranden.

Längst ner på vägen finns ett rekreationsområde som erbjuder tennis, basket och en lekplats lämplig för alla åldrar.

Lake George Stay

Clean and well maintained property. Private Beach area is small but Million Dollar Beach and village is within walking distance. Host was responsive to all our needs. Cottage is quite lovely and neighborhood is quiet.

Lovely home in a nice location. Host Sheri was very responsive with any questions we had. Road leading to home was in need of repair, and a/c would have made the stay more comfortable. Otherwise, would be 5 star!

This property is an excellent cottage located close the Lake George Village and the Million Dollar Beach. The owner is a great communicator and everything met or exceeded the description in the listing/

Beautiful House with Lake Access

My family stayed 2 nights in this beautiful house while we were in Lake George for a family wedding. Easy access to the lake, convenient to the Village and wonderful communications with the Property Manager.

Nice house on Lake George

Very nice house and property. Short walk to the lake. Nice backyard, of course plenty of things to do. Living room ceiling needs a bit of work. And the fact that it didn't have air conditioning was not a problem at all. The kitchen had everything you needed and it was a pleasure to stay there.

Quiet Get-A-Way

Quaint cottage near Lake George. Very clean and host was very attentive to our needs. Located on the east side of lake which was nice alternative to the hustle and bustle of the west side. Highly recommend.

Cute cottage! Perfect for a summer getaway with family. Tons of fun things to do in lake George!

Sheri was great in communicating about property. Private beach was the best place to watch 4th of July fireworks- front row private seats!

Best vacation EVER!!!!!

My family had a fantastic time at Sheri's Lake George cottage. It is spacious and beautifully decorated. The closeness to the beach and town are perfect. Sheri was the perfect host. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Will be back next year.

perfect for us

It was the perfect cottage for us (3 night stay). We wanted something close to everything but far enough out to be quiet. We hope to come back someday. Although we were not interested in swimming, there is a beach just down the street.

Relaxing Lake George Vacation

This was a wonderful old camp. Liked the crow’s nest bedroom! Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. We enjoyed the nice Sandy beach area. All amenities were taken care of. My house mates loved it too. Will definitely book again next year. Only downside was futon on couch was very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. Everything else was great.

Perfect

This place was so charming, it was perfect on so many levels. From getting up in the morning and having your coffee on the front porch to a family cookout and beverages hanging out by the fire and making s’more’s in the back, And everything in between was perfect. The house is Steps away from the beach with beautiful views, and right around the corner from all the cute shops. We were a family of 8 and there was more than enough rooms to sleep and hang out. The neighbors were very nice and the owners are nice and accommodating.We wish we could of stayed longer

Great location by the lake

House was great, kids had a blast and a few steps to a private beach area and walking distance to million dollar beach. What would be expected from a lake side house/cottage. Would have been nice to know there is 1) No Air conditioning 2) After booking and paying insurance for the stay through VRBO you are getting hit with an "Owner Required" security deposit. This made the stay more expensive than expected.

Close to the lake

Close to lake but view is a glimpse through the trees and other houses at best. Generally it was clean but there are some areas that need attention, could use a thorough spring cleaning. (Lots of cobwebs and dead bugs in the windows, the curtains and mattress pads had stains on them and some of the linen was worn or stained, the ceiling tiles in the living room appear to be warped and stained from water damage) There’s a surprise security deposit after booking and a surprise tax after our stay. Overall our stay was ok for the cost but will look elsewhere for our next return to the area.

Neglected, Not Charming.

The unit itself was as expected..and with first looks, our initial reaction was that it was “charming” as presented in the advertised narrative because the decor is cute. It was then curious to see that half of the ceiling tiles in the main area were missing, or in one area, dangling, and a dirty rag stuck in the base of the fireplace promptly eliminated any thoughts of having a fire. Over the two night stay, we found that basic amenities like television service and internet access had been shut down, as was the heating. We had to call and ask for heat in the unit. The beds in all three bedrooms were uncomfortable and the bedding is old and thin. Staying here was not charming, nor pleasant. An expensive disappoint.
