There's also a Waterfront Path, Rooftop w/ Grills, Fire Pit’s, Gym, Yoga Room, Car Garage**, Bike Parking, Library, Dedicated work area, and outdoor courtyard.

In unit the wifi is very fast with Verizon Fios Internet, Laundry Washer/Dryer, Toto Washout, and a balcony w/ coffee nook Cafe table/chairs.

The unit has soaps, sheets, and towels.
