Holiday in American Fork

Great home with super responsive management. We rented the place for our family of five (all adults if you consider the two high school seniors adults). So many properties have lots of beds (which this one has) but eating space for 6. I love that this house had a table that seats ten and a bar for three more. And the Keurig machine in the kitchen convinced us to buy one when we got home!

Gillade: Incheckning, kommunikation och plats

This property should be closed until maintenance is done on it, my family and i walked into the house being 86 degrees downstairs and 90 degrees upstairs with the ac not working and the heater constantly being on. Not to mention the place was dirty because no cleaners had been there, dirty linens on the floor, the appliances mirrors and floors not cleaned. The toilets weren't even flushed or cleaned, lots of small things and appliances damaged or broken throughout the house. And the wifi was not working. My family and i stayed there 5 days and we had no ac or wifi all 5 days. Most of the time it was cooler outside than it was inside of our vacation home, which made it very hard to sleep. And the house is in a dead zone so our data didn’t work well and without wifi we could even watch anything on the smart tv or even use our phones. The only reason i didn’t rate this house lower is because elk ridge management was trying very hard to make it right, but having to sit in a 90 degree house without anything to do for 5 days wasn’t very pleasant. If they can do routine maintenance this place could be 5 stars because it is a very nice house in a great location, but the cons simply outweighed the pros for our trip, and i don’t think i would ever stay here again.
