The hosts are from Northern Virginia and Southern Maryland. Katie spent her childhood summers in Myrtle Beach and Little River, and the coastal area has always felt like a second home to their family. With its beaches, welcoming community, and incredible golf courses nearby, itâs the perfect place to relax and recharge. Katie loves hosting and is excited to share her home, along with her love for the ocean and the many local adventures, with guests.

We comfortably sleep up to 10 guests and are conveniently located near all the areaâs best attractions â while keeping prices affordable. For added entertainment, weâve included a game room featuring a ping pong table and a putting mat, perfect for family fun after a day at the beach or on the golf course.
