"Gingerbread Cottage" är idealiskt beläget på en kulle bara en och en halv miles ovanför byn Fish Creek. Inom några minuter kan du vara på vattnet, halvön State Park, Drive-In teater, Peninsula Players teater i trädgården, restauranger och butiker.

Inne i stugan hittar du gott om plats för en stor familj eller en get-together med vänner. Två sovrum på övervåningen dela ett bad och sova sex med två uppsättningar av våningssängar och ytterligare två enkelsängar.

Den första våningen sovrummet har en drottning säng och intilliggande bad. Greatroom har en vedeldad spis och en matsal som gränsar ett fullt utrustat kök. En wrap-around däck får mycket sol mitt i den täta lövverk.

Our getaway

Very old, woodsy, but dusty/dirty with cobwebs. We were disappointed with the lack of care. Even tho we went to a pet friendly site and stated we were including our dog, we were charged an additional 20 per day! There is much potential, but needs a thorough cleaning. The view outside could be lovely, but needs cleanup.

Great place for girls weekend!

The pictures don’t do it justice! It’s so cute! We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again! Also nice that there were two full bathrooms! Easy for both of us to shower without having to “take turns!”

Very nice location ! Easy to get everywhere we wanted to go ! Nice cozy place to stay we would come back . Fire place was nice , bed was comfy , and tv in all the rooms . Only suggestion is it needs a deep cleaning in the bathroom and overall dusting . But other than that great stay .

Cottage in the forest

Our stay was excellent. We especially enjoyed the fireplace and the fire pit outside. The location is nice and secluded, but yet closely drivable to everything.

Such a mixed experience.

We wanted to love this place and initially we did. But I got a very disturbing call from the owner accusing me falsely of having more guests than we booked. He didn't even ask how many people were there; he simply accused me and asked how I planned to pay for the extra guests. I didn't know what he was talking about. I had initially booked a week for myself and two girlfriends, then modified the booking for my husband to come up with me four days earlier. After my girlfriends arrived (and my husband had left), I got that call. The owner insisted that we had 4 women there, not 3, with my husband still there. Untrue. He insisted he saw 4 women via his Ring Doorbell. He was wrong and I told him so. He said he knew what he saw and that we'd be charged. I told him to look at his camera footage again. I expected to get a call back apologizing for his error. That never happened. To be accused of cheating him and then lying about it really soured our experience, which was unfortunate, because we would have returned next year had this not happened. Except for that (a big minus), there's lots of pluses. It is lovely, well-equipped, with most everything you'd want, except for adequate lighting throughout the house (the only other BIG minus). Everything you need to cook meals, lots of spices, a grill, fire pit, indoor fireplace, big table, nice deck, comfortable furniture and beds, etc. Lots of dropped phone calls, tho, probably bc it is in a wooded area.

A lovely time!

We stayed for two weeks. The cottage was clean inside and everything was provided as listed. Daryl was very helpful with our questions and needs. Internet was good. Everything worked in the kitchen and since we cooked and grilled the full size fridge was great. Loved the fire pit! Great location. Parking was plentiful for us and for a few days when our adult children came to join us. It was a great place. Thanks Dary!!
