Thank you, Sandy, so much for your kind review. This is indeed a great spot in Ka'anapali and Ka'anapali is an ideal location on Maui. We're so glad you had such a great stay, and we appreciate you being our guest. That's great to hear you'd be willing to stay with us again. It's music to our ears. Mahao!

Aloha Doug and Maureen, Thank you for your review and feedback. We greatly value our guests' concerns and encourage you to reach out to us promptly if any issues arise so that we can address them promptly. We apologize for not being able to resolve these matters during your stay. We have recently updated our welcome amenity kit to ensure guests have essential items for the first few days of their stay. Additionally, our team is currently working on a remodel to enhance our accommodations further, aiming to provide a more relaxing and comfortable experience for our guests. We're glad you enjoyed the convenience of the ground floor unit with easy access to the sandy shores of Kaanapali Beach. We hope you had wonderful swimming and snorkeling experiences. Plus, being within walking distance to Whaler Village adds to the convenience and enjoyment of your stay. We hope to host you again in the future. Mahalo

Thank you for your kind review, Bernie. Indeed this condo is top notch. We work diligently with our owners to keep this unit in excellent shape, and as you said, you cannot beat the ocean view from the lanai, with the wonderful Ka'anapali Beach so near. Maui Beachfront Rentals strives to make every guest experience as enjoyable as yours. It was a pleasure having you as a guest, and we hope to see you again in the future.

Thank you for your kind review, Andrea. It is awesome to step right off the lanai and have the beach right there in front of you. We will take a look at the electrical burners to see if we can get them to fit better, or a better part in its place. We would not have charged you to get the safe back open, but will look to see if there are some easier safe options out there. In regards to the A/C, it's a necessity to put the sensors on the doors, as prior, guests would leave the doors wide open and the A/C running full. Usually, guests don't have much an issue with them, but we are sorry you ran into that. We do appreciate you being our guest, and hope you would consider returning again. Mahalo!

Thanks for the kind review, Pamela. It's so great to hear you had such an awesome time. This location on island has so much to offer so close, including food, activities, shopping, golf and more! And we're pretty proud of our condo too. We really appreciate you being our guest. That's great to hear your Sister-in-law plans on reserving a return visit soon. Mahalo!

Thanks for the five-star review Alfonso. It sounds like you got randomly picked to go out on a snorkel sail boat, that's awesome. We're so glad you had such a great stay. We're probably biased, but we believe this location is one of the best if not thee best on island, for many of the reasons you listed. We appreciate you being our guest, and hope you will return again in the future. Mahalo!

Thank you for your feedback, Jacqui. We're tremendously sorry you had to deal with the issues you mentioned during your stay. We expect and try to go to great lengths to make sure our condos are clean and in excellent shape for every guest arriving. We will be sure to address the cleaning issues you raised, including getting the carpet cleaned, and as well, we will be sure to address the crack in the bathroom sink. We appreciate you being our guest and hope you will give us a chance to make it up to you in the future. Mahalo.

We aim to exceed expectations, Heather. You're articulated well what makes this property and condo so great. We're so glad you had such an awesome stay. We appreciate you being our guest and hope you do make good on returning again. Mahalo!

Thank you for your glowing review, Deanna. We're so glad you had such a great stay. In regards to the bed frame, a new bed frame already purchased, we are just awaiting removal by the owner of the “family heirloom” bed frame which should be in September. We really appreciate you being our guest, and hope you do consider a return again soon. Mahalo!

Thank you for your review, Danny. We're always paying attention to see where we can improve. We're glad you had a good overall stay. We'll be sure to check on that flickering light that you mentioned. As for the lack of soap you mentioned, we do provide hand soap and dish washing detergent. Each unit also has several bars of individually packed hand soaps. We provide more than ample dish detergent for the dishwashers and dish washing soap and a scrub brush to wash dishes by hand. We do not provide liquid hand soap dispensers as a sanitary precaution. All is provided as a rule under the kitchen sink. Thank you for being our guest, and we hope you do come visit again!

Thank you for your glowing review, Lisa. There is certainly much to do in the near area to this condo. Very self contained so that you can have a maximum amount of fun on your trip without spending too much time driving all over the place. It was a pleasure having you as our guest. Hopefully your son is able to talk you into again returning.
