Jag är värd för en fest åt gången och erbjuder dig fullständig integritet. Mitt hem är lugnt och bekvämt och ligger i ett säkert och lugnt område. Du kommer att ha hela mitt lägre nivå, utan delade eller gemensamma områden. Det finns ett mycket stort sovrum med en drottning och tvåbäddsrum, och det rymliga familjerummet har en dubbelsäng som också är utmärkt för att slappa av och titta på film. Båda rummen har TV med FIOS och Netflix. Det finns en minikyl, mikrovågsugn och en Keurig kaffebryggare (inget kök). Jag levererar kaffe, koffein, te, vatten, pappersplattor, koppar och basredskap. I närheten ligger Reston & Dulles stadscentrum, Air & Space Museum och WO&D Trail (leden är tillgänglig från mitt område). Om du reser med cykel kan du förvara dem i mitt garage. Lite längre ute är vårt enastående vinland, outlet shopping & Tysons. Jag är 6 miles från metrostationen Wiehle (på Silverlinjen) och cirka 25 mil till distriktet. Jag är bekvämt beläget 3 miles norr om Dulles, ~ 1 km bort från Rt. 28. Alla de stora pendlingsvägarna är lättillgängliga. Du kommer att vara bekväm och välkommen här.

Very comfortable stay

Very comfortable stay

My and my daughter stayed at this property for 2 nights. Very lovely, all the comforts of home and in a nice neighborhood. Close to Dulles, Wolftrap and local wineries. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place!

Just as listed, quiet beautiful neighborhood. We came for the Harry Potter enchanted forest experience 20 minutes away. They were great local places to eat and an easy drive to the experience. The downstairs was so cozy and wonderful highly recommend.

Comfortable & Convenient!

We enjoyed our stay - The suite was versatile and beds were comfortable. The location was convenient to Reston Hospital (our destination). We found the neighborhood entrance to the Old Dominion Trail and went for long walks.

Comfortable, spacious and quiet

This was a perfect home away from home for my teen son and I while we were in town for a fencing camp. The space was incredibly comfortable, clean and cozy. And Susan was such a kind and helpful host. We definitely plan to return. Thanks for a great stay!

Great suburban oasis, so many thoughtful touches

So happy to have stayed at Sue's place this week and I'm happy to be returning in a couple of months. Check-in was very smooth and hassle-free, and I really appreciated all of the small touches in the house that made my stay great. The bed is super-comfortable and I had plenty of room to get my remote work done during one of the days of my stay.

Everything was great! Sue was an awesome host and the rental space was spacious, clean, and even though we were in the basement of the house, we felt like we had total privacy. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to the area!

Comfortable, immaculate, very gracious host

We stayed for 6 nights and found the suite very spacious and comfortable and quiet. Sue is very gracious and checked in with us every few days very unobtrusively to be sure we had everything we needed. This is so much better than a hotel that I am sure we will be back.

Cozy, immaculate, welcoming and a wonderful hostess

This was our second visit. We stayed 6 nights and felt like we were home when came in each day. The location is close to stores and restaurants and the we had some lovely walks in the neighborhood and on the close-by Washington and Old Dominion Railroad bike/hike path. We look forward to our next stay with the most welcoming and gracious hostess, Sue.

Wonderful and very comfortable!

Our home away was so comfortable and cozy! Our hostess Sue, was very kind and very respectful of our privacy! We would stay again if we are ever in the area. We had all the amenities we needed, frig, microwave, coffee. Sue provided water, tea, coffee which was wonderful!

The bedroom is a large space that use to be 2 bedrooms. One side of the room holds a queen bed, 2 end tables, and a double closet. The other side of the room has a twin bed, a small sitting area, and a double closet. In the middle is a desk and the TV, which can be angled toward either side. The bedroom has four windows with blinds and sheers, that let in a lot of natural light. Both beds are very comfortable. There is also a double bed in the family room that is also great for lounging. There is a twin blow-up bed if needed.
