Du kommer att ha hela mitt lÀgre nivÄ, utan delade eller gemensamma omrÄden. Det finns ett mycket stort sovrum med en drottning och tvÄbÀddsrum, och det rymliga familjerummet har en dubbelsÀng som ocksÄ Àr utmÀrkt för att slappa av och titta pÄ film. BÄda rummen har TV med FIOS och Netflix. Det finns en minikyl, mikrovÄgsugn och en Keurig kaffebryggare (inget kök). Jag levererar kaffe, koffein, te, vatten, pappersplattor, koppar och basredskap. I nÀrheten ligger Reston & Dulles stadscentrum, Air & Space Museum och WO&D Trail (leden Àr tillgÀnglig frÄn mitt omrÄde). Om du reser med cykel kan du förvara dem i mitt garage. Lite lÀngre ute Àr vÄrt enastÄende vinland, outlet shopping & Tysons. Jag Àr 6 miles frÄn metrostationen Wiehle (pÄ Silverlinjen) och cirka 25 mil till distriktet. Jag Àr bekvÀmt belÀget 3 miles norr om Dulles, ~ 1 km bort frÄn Rt. 28. Alla de stora pendlingsvÀgarna Àr lÀttillgÀngliga. Du kommer att vara bekvÀm och vÀlkommen hÀr.

Inaccurate property description. You are NOT renting the whole house even though it's coded as being the whole house. It's the basement in the home, you go into the house thru the same door as the people who live in the house, with a bedsheet hung like a curtain to separate the spaces. Host wants you to limit your time in the shower. Electrics wonky-- can't run a microwave and coffee maker at the same time or fuse blows. On the plus side lots of nice lamps.

Great location

Ideal location near car rentals, airport and preferred restaurants. Property a basement unit, therefore a bit dark. Street parking and signage a bit difficult at night. Overall, good value.

Close to Metro Station and Quiet

I attended a conference in DC but didn't want to pay DC prices or pay to park in DC each day. I found this lovely location close to the Metro. It is a super clean, comfortable, and quiet space. There are lots of great eateries nearby as well as grocery and shopping centers for last-minute items.

Home away from home 🏡

This is the perfect place to rest , refresh and renew with a bestie or family member . Located in a beautiful neighborhood and close to everything you need. We enjoyed the spacious layout, Comfortable beds and attention to detail from Our host Susan. Everywhere we turned there were little” extras” like A phenomenal hot and cold tea and coffee bar, extra warm blankets And plenty of towels. I truly felt we were home and I’m sure you will too!

Comfortable & Convenient!

We enjoyed our stay - The suite was versatile and beds were comfortable. The location was convenient to Reston Hospital (our destination). We found the neighborhood entrance to the Old Dominion Trail and went for long walks.

Quiet retreat & excellent recommendations

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was close to Great Falls National Park and Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts, known locally in the Washington, D.C. area as simply Wolf Trap, The bottom of a split level house was a wonderful quiet retreat after our nature hikes and an evening concert. Our host did a great job communicating where to park and we were grateful for her dining suggestions. We had a fabulous dinner with some local craft beer at Sweet Water Tavern’s outdoor bar and a tasty lunch at Siam Spice. Thanks so much Sue!

Comfortable, spacious and quiet

This was a perfect home away from home for my teen son and I while we were in town for a fencing camp. The space was incredibly comfortable, clean and cozy. And Susan was such a kind and helpful host. We definitely plan to return. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful stay in Virginia

Sue was a very gracious and thoughtful hostess. When we had a question, she replied with a quick response. She provided Kuerig coffee pods, coffee creamer and an assortment of teas. The beds were marvelous! The location was close to a variety of places we wanted to visit. We would definitely return to Sue's property for a future getaway.

Wonderful place!

Just as listed, quiet beautiful neighborhood. We came for the Harry Potter enchanted forest experience 20 minutes away. They were great local places to eat and an easy drive to the experience. The downstairs was so cozy and wonderful highly recommend.

The bedroom is a large space that use to be 2 bedrooms. One side of the room holds a queen bed, 2 end tables, and a double closet. The other side of the room has a twin bed, a small sitting area, and a double closet. In the middle is a desk and the TV, which can be angled toward either side. The bedroom has four windows with blinds and sheers, that let in a lot of natural light. Both beds are very comfortable. There is also a double bed in the family room that is also great for lounging. There is a twin blow-up bed if needed.
