Vill du ha en tuff tid att räkna ut rätt lägenheten för att plocka i Sea Pines? Titta inte mer. Min fru och jag skurade ön för att hitta den bästa platsen och det är det! Beach front är för dyrt och Harbour Town är alltför bullriga. Fyr Tennis Villas ligger precis i mitten av Sea Pines med en två minuters promenad till Tryffel, Giuseppi s, bensinstation, Market Cafe / kaffe och shopping och sedan en ~ 10 minuters promenad till Harbour Town och en ~ 15 minuters promenad till Sea Pines Beach Club! Flera tennisbanor på plats och en trevlig pool. Cykel lagring också. Detta är på 2: a våningen med utsikt över en trevlig lagun med en fontän med utsikt över poolen. Mycket öppen och ljus med massor av fönster. Vi renoverade bara enheten under våren 2016 att inkludera granit, alla nya rostfria vitvaror, golv, nya stora mästare bad dusch, platt HDTV och vi öppnade köket till den med en trevlig bardisk med avföring (observera de flesta fyr Tennis Villas har tvättmaskin / torktumlare i köket ... vi flyttade tvättmaskin / torktumlare till en garderob i hallen och öppnade upp köket). Vi har 3 barn 1-7 som älskar den enhet som har inga trappor inne i själva enheten. Cykla till stranden och Harbour Town, bara några minuter. Min lokala fastighetschef kan hjälpa till med rabatter till 3 Sea Pines golfbanor: Ocean, Heron Point och Harbour Town. 4 plats tennisbanor är också en del av Smith Stearns Tennis Academy. Du kommer att älska denna lägenhet och kommer att ha en fantastisk tid!

** Det finns ingen tillgänglig parkering vid Sea Pines Beach Club själv 2019. Daglig parkering för transfer som tar dig till Beach Club från 9:00 a. m. till 5:00 s. m. kommer att finnas som följer:

Söndag, 14 april - söndag 21 april - Parti 6 över från Lawton Stables

Restraurant parkering efter 17:00 kommer att vara på först till kvarn. Beach Shuttle kommer att fungera från och med 23 mars 2019, till och med 2 september 2019 (Labor Day) från 9:00 till 17:00, sju dagar i veckan.**

Great vacation

The condo is just as listed. Everything we needed was there. Easy walking and biking from the condo. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect!

The condo was perfect for a week away for an anniversary trip for my husband & I. I am very particular when booking a trip and I spend a LOT of time reading reviews to make sure the property meets my expectations. This condo was very clean & decorated in a modern/beachy style. All needed items were available in the unit. Notable extras were beach towels and ample toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher and washing machine pods and garbage bags to last us the whole week. The 2nd floor location overlooking the pond and fountain was great & we enjoyed time on the deck relaxing. Tennis courts and pool access are literally just steps away. I had messaged the owner seeking recommendations for bike rental and restaurant for anniversary dinner and both turned out great. I would absolutely stay at this condo again and would highly recommend.

Lighthouse Villa

Well-located; condo was not in the best shape as we arrived to a leak in the ceiling. The ceiling was yellow and peeling. There was also mold in the shower. My kids found Cheerios under their beds. The management company needs to do a better job maintaining the property. We should have also been contacted about the leak in advance.

Great rental at Sea Pines

We had a great experience at this rental property. It was clean and very organized. It had all the amenities that you need to enjoy a stay. Communication throughout the process with the rental management company with great. I recommend this property to anyone that's looking to visit with their family. Great location. The pool area was great.

Very comfortable condo

We really enjoyed the condo. It was clean and well-supplied, and plenty large enough for my husband and me and our adult son who stayed over for a night. The location was great. The trolley was incredibly convenient so we could get to the beach club, South Beach or the lighthouse area very easily. We didn’t swim, but the pool looked nice. The pickleball courts were right there.

Cockroaches

This makes our 10th year staying on HHI. I booked this condo because it had such a high rating especially cleanliness. Although the condo appeared clean after a couple of days we saw 2 cockroaches. I called Beach properties immediately. They did send someone out later that day to spray. Another issue I had although small compared to cockroaches was we needed a beach access we could park at. The Sea Pines Beach club was the nearest but did not allow parking for our condo. We had to drive to Coligny, which is extremely crowded. Two of the days we went had no parking left. Although this condo had been remodeled, & appeared nice, I would not stay here again.

Great little condo

We enjoyed staying here for 4 nights after Christmas. The weather was chilly but very sunny so we spent most of the days outside. The condo has a great little porch where we enjoyed reading. The bedrooms and primary bathroom are a great size. The condo is a quick bike ride to the beach club and Harbour Town. We walked to a couple restaurants at Sea Pine Center and walked to Harbour Town for the ball drop. Great location!

As mentioned, we looked at close to two dozen condos and chose Lighthouse Tennis due to the central location and walkability to everything on Sea Pines.

Our condo is one of a few at Lighthouse Tennis that have had the kitchen opened to the den and had the washer/dryer relocated from the kitchen to a hallway closet. And it is recently renovated.
