In the first guest room you will find a king bed, smart tv, and storage to meet all your needs. The second guest room hosts two sets of twin bunks, perfect for traveling families!
Upstairs enjoy the kitchen will all stainless steel appliances, gas stove, and everything needed whether you are staying 3 days or 3 weeks. The living room is embellished with decor for the coastal lifestyle. Enjoy relaxing by the electric fireplace or on the screened in patio that overlooks the lake. Just down the hallway upstairs you will find the master suite. This room offers a king bed, large closet, smart tv, en-suite bathroom complete with a double vanity sink and beautiful tile walk-in shower.

For your convivence there is parking in the driveway for 2 vehicles. Walk to the pool, lake, or enjoy and afternoon on the dock. Guests must sign a Lease that will be emailed to them and provide a copy of each guests drivers license per stay. If unit has a golf cart, they will also need to send a copy of their insurance card in order to operate the golf cart.

A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the the rental home.
Coastline provides start supplies for your stay (enough to get you started): laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, basic soaps.
