Ruime villa in een grote groene tuin met privé zwembad. Op loopafstand van winkel, restaurant en station van Mombaldone. 20 min met de auto van Acqui Terme en Rocco Verano. Perfect voor een grote familie of voor twee gezinnen. Vier slaapkamer, drie badkamers, een volledig uitgeruste keuken en bijkeuken, WIFI, speelgoed en games voor kinderen aanwezig. Honden zijn welkom, de tuin is volledig omheind. Regio: De Piemonte (betekent ‘aan de voetvan de berg’) is een paradijs voor fijnproevers. Hier komen de beste wijnen vandaan, maar ook delicatessen als hazelnoten, kazen, truffelsen speciale pastasoorten. De combinatie van steden zoals Turijn, Milaan en Genua, uitgestrekte heuvels waar je prachtig kan fietsen en wandelen en de stranden van Ligurië op 1 uur afstand, maken dit een ideale locatie voor een heerlijke vakantie!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in diesem schönen Haus. Das Haus ist schön groß und hat eine gute Zimmeraufteilung. Trotz Hitze war es innen angenehm kühl. Der Pool ist natürlich das Highlight. Für uns genügend Liegen und ausreichend Schattenplätze durch 2 Sonnenschirme. Die Entfernung zum Meer war für uns akzeptabel. Madeleine war sehr nett und hat schnell geantwortet. Bei Problemen wurde sofort reagiert und diese gelöst. Auch wurden uns tolle Ausflugsziele genannt und das auch ziemlich spontan ( Fest in acqui Terme am Wochenende)Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

We had a great stay in this nice, period house in Mombaldone. Lots of space inside and outside, with a nice pool area which was used a lot. The house/garden has lots of potential but could do with a little freshening up. Great communication with Madeline the owner.

Great property, specifically for dog owners

Very large property, fully fenced in. So great to let your dog run around freely, as long as the dog behaves well and does not climb on furniture or jump into the pool. Our dog (24kg Mioritic) enjoyed it fully. No dogs at the neighborhood property (there is only 1), so no barking. Very nice pool, big enough to do some laps (ca. 12m long). House is very large, so on days with bad weather no problem since everybody can have an own room. TV, DVD, XBox games, so never boring. Some cleanliness issue initially until we found out that the dish washer upper compartment was defective (to be repaired soon), which the guests before us did not realize, so some dirty bowls and glasses. Just washing in the lower compartment is fine, but only 50% of the dish-load then.

Relaxing on the Italian countryside

We spent a week in the house and can only give our best recommendations for anyone that wants a peaceful and quiet area. It’s close to Aqcui Terme (15-20 min with car), a little narrow and curved road up to Roccaverano with some good restaurants, 1 hour++ to cities like Asti, Alba, and Barolo (a must go if you are into wine). The house has a great outside area and a great pool. Volleyball in the pool was a success for both the teenagers and the adults. The house was clean and had all we needed for a pleasant stay.

traumhaft!!!

Wir hatten mit unserer sechsköpfigen Familie und unserem Hind einen 9-tägigen Aufenthalt in diesem traumhaften Haus. Das Grundstück ist sehr großzügig angelegt und eignet sich ideal für Familien mit Kindern und Hund. Der Pool ist gepflegt, der Sitzplatz im Freien ist sehr gemütlich, der Gasgrill ist gut und einfach zu bedienen und die Fahrräder waren größtenteils benutzbar. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und durch die drei Bäder ist auch problemlos ein Urlaub mit zwei kleinen Familien oder drei Paaren möglich. Aus unserer Sicht gibt es zwei kleine Kritikpunkte: Bei schlechtem Wetter fanden wir das Innere des Hauses ein wenig düster, insbesondere die Küche. Bei voller Auslastung des Hauses bräuchte man noch etwas mehr Geschirr. Gläser und Teller muss man sonst ständig spülen… Insgesamt ist das Gesamtpaket aber sehr empfehlenswert und bekommt deshalb fünf Sterne von uns!!!

Comfortable, rural, calm, big, great outside area.

We stayed from Friday to Friday and used the grill every day together with the pool. The house has everything you need. There are some wineries within 35 min. by car. and you can bike to the closest village, there is even a Lidl 20 min by car from the house. There are some nice board games in the house. Carole made a guidebooklet that helped us a lot during our stay. We also contact each other via message for help. The house was overall clean, but in some corners, we could see quite some bugs, spiders, and insects. But I think that is related to the rural area and the time of the year. The bedsheets and towels were clean and ready for us. At night it was very cold but during the day the sun could heat everything nicely.

Mooi rustig domein

Zeer ruim huis en fantastisch zwembad. De volledig omheinde grote tuin was fijn voor de hond. Badkamers zijn wat verouderd en het keukengerief is beperkt, ook de bedden en matrassen kunnen beter. De eigenares reageert onmiddellijk wanneer problemen gemeld worden.

C était top ! Au moindre souci , on pouvait envoyer un message à Carla et c était réglé tout de suite ! Merci La location de deux semaines pourrait être un peu moins cher qu une semaine vu qu il n y a aucun nettoyage de la maison après une semaine ! Par contre ils viennent s occuper du jardin ! Tout le monde est très gentil !

Propriété agréable et bien équipée

Maison confortable et idéale pour une grande famille (nous étions huit personnes / trois générations), cuisine bien équipée, propriété très bien clôturée et donc parfait pour notre chien (Beagle)! Piscine propre et bien entretenue. Petites remarques: le nettoyage pourrait être amélioré sous les meubles, vraiment très poussiéreux sous les lits à notre arrivée; le grill extérieur pas utilisable / bouteille de gaz vide; les poubelles extérieures (au moins les déchets ménagers) mériteraient d'être vidées une fois au milieu du séjour. Dans l'ensemble nous avons été toutefois très satisfaits de notre séjour dans cette maison recommendons cette location.

Schöne Villa

Schöne Villa mit kleinen Mankos, der Urlaub hat uns sehr gut gefallen, auch der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit... leider sind manche Einrichtungsgegenstände in die Jahre gekommen, Bsp. von vier Sonnenliegen zwei beschädigt, Sonnenschirm defekt am Pool, nur stumpfe Messer... Ansonsten ist die Villa sehr schön eingerichtet, zum Beispiel das Wohnzimmer mit TV und DVDs... Leider war der schöne Pavillon am Pool überhaupt nicht nutzbar, da das viele Fallobst, dass nicht weggeräumt wird, jede Menge Wespen und Hornissen anzieht, es ist auch ein Wespennest direkt an der Treppe zum Pool, also Achtung an die Allergiker, bei uns wurde ein Kind gleich gestochen ... Die Umgebung ist schön, die Anwohner sind sehr freundlich, für den der es ruhig mag zu Empfehlen.

Beautiful villa with an enormous, secure garden.

Thank you for the welcome pack it was much appreciated after our long journey. This is a beautiful ,spacious villa in a lovely quiet part of Piedmont. The garden is massive, our dog enjoyed chasing her tennis ball around it, early in the morning. The pool was very relaxing. The villa has a very well equipped kitchen. The fans were very welcome on a night, as it was so hot. The views of the sunrises and sunsets from the house were amazing.

Great house

Great house with lots of privacy. Spacious inside and outside. Kitchen well equiped for large group, large pool (although only 1 meter deep). Lovely cat as frequent visitor of the terrace.

Sehr zu empfehlen wir würden sofort nochmal Urlaub da machen

Wir waren mit einer befreundeten Familie dort. Wir 49 und 54 Jahre mit 9 jähriger Tochter unsere Freunde 33 und 51 Jahre mit 8 jährigem Sohn u 6 jähriger Tochter. Aufenthalt 5. bis 15.06. Perfekter Familien Urlaub für uns beide Familien die Kinder konnten sich austoben am Pool durch die großzügige Anlage hatten die Kinder Auslauf und jede Menge Spaß auch genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten wenn man das wollte sowohl für die Kinder wie auch für uns Erwachsene. Der Herd in der Küche ist hervorragend. Leider ist die Kaffeemaschine sehr klein wir haben dann den Kaffee von Hand aufgebrüht zu empfehlen für diesen Fall Kaffeefilter mit zu bringen wir haben in den Geschäften keine gesehen und hatten Gott sei dank welche dabei. Ebenso bekommt man in Italien keine Senseo Kaffeepads diese Maschine hatten wir vorsorglich dabei aber eben nicht genug Pads für 4 Erwachsene für 10 Tage. Sauber war es im Haus an sich schon nur durch die hohen Wände und Decken u durch die an Türrahmen nicht ganz dichten Schlitze bzw. Beim lüften darf man sich nicht an Ameisen und Spinnen stören. Durch die hohen Räume ist es etwas hellhörig im Haus uns hat dies nicht gestört da wir den gleichen Bett und Aufstehrythmus hatten. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen. Auch Carole Thomson hat uns im Vorfeld alle unsere Fragen zuvorkommend und schnell beantwortet. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns auch über ein Willkommens Geschenk. Die Hauswirtschaftskräfte die sich um die Anlage und den Pool kümmern sind sehr freundlich und diskret wir haben sie kaum gesehen und kaum bemerkt. Alles in allem sehr gut organisiert. Unsere Verbesserungsvorschläge die uns aber in keinster Weise sehr gestört haben wären schärfere Küchenmesser und Biergläser (da gab es nur eins).

We very much enjoyed our short visit: Whether relaxing by the pool or exploring some of the local winery's. Definitely recommended for the garden and the adequate space for a group. We loved the local ladies in the little shop down the road...

Traumhafte Villa in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren mit der Familie 13 Tage und haben es sehr genossen! Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Tolle Umgebung in den Bergen von piemont, der private Pool ist ein Traum, das Gelände ist groß genug und ist für Hunde perfekt. im Dorf gibt es einen kleinen italienischen Lebensmittel laden, und 20 Auto Minuten entfernt liegt die schöne Stadt acquia Terme, dies lädt zum bummeln und essen ein! Der Kontakt mit den Besitzern war sehr gut! Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub. Immer wieder gerne

Jolie maison et belle piscine

La maison a beaucoup de charme et la piscine est belle. Le cadre est magnifique et au calme. Nous aurions juste peut-être aimé que le gardien nous accueille et nous explique plus précisément le fonctionnement de la maison (notamment des poubelles) et aussi faire un inventaire. La maintenance de la piscine n’est pas passée de suite mais après en avoir informé Carole, ils sont passés le jour même. Carole est très réactive et répond très rapidement à la moindre de nos questions.

Huset i bjergene

Dejligt stort hus, hvor der er rigtig god plads til to familier. En dejlig velkomst pakke da vi ankom. Skønt at have, da man skal kører lidt for at handle ind. 20 km, men der finder man også en dejlig by med marked og gode indkøbsmuligheder. Dejlig stor pool og have med liggestole. Ejeren af huset havde vi kontakt med et par gange. Carole var hurtig til at svare og prøvede at hjælpe på bedte vis. Vi var de første gæster efter corona nedlukning, så manden som skulle komme to gange pr uge var noget ustabil. Han kom ikke den første uge, så vi var lidt bekymret for at gå i poolen. Men da han kom, blev den gjort pæn ren igen. Dejligt hus, dejlig område.
