Bedroom second floor in large house next to UWO nad bus to Fanshawe College
3 bedrooms are available in a 6 bedroom house to share it with the family.
You are welcome to rent one room or more, up to three available bedrooms. Price is per one bedroom only. You will be asked to book three different rooms off my house separately if you need them all.
The Student rental for mature, postgraduate, upper-year, International students, exchange, teachers of the UWO and Fanshawe College.
Annual rental ending August 31 2025 or get signed a new rent accordingly to market from that date.
Large bedroom on the main floor $800 monthly plus cleaning service at the end of your stay, plus the site change.
2 bedrooms on the main floor, one bedroom on the second floor.
One bedroom on the second floor and one bedroom on the main floor for $750 monthly plus cleaning service at the end of your stay plus the site change.
2 full washrooms to share by 5 tenants.
Laundry on the main floor.
Large kitchen with two fridges.
Large living room with couches, dining table.
Utilities are included for the first $50 with additional charge for any statement above that amount per room.
All houses are fully furnished as well as bedrooms.
Different gender can apply to rent.
Walking distance to UWO.

First and last month, rental agreement, proof of study, previous rental proof of good standing, proof of identity, references, contact of previous landlord, proof of income, visa, student visa, study permit, student number, cosigner parents with their proof of income, id, credit score and more.All documents to choose from the requested list to provide accordingly to your situation.
Non smoking. No drugs of any kind. Quiet, organized, study-oriented students only.
We have curfew, rules of conduct, schedule to clean house, no guests, no sleepover, no business to hold, operate, advertise on the property.
