If you are a family of more than 4 up to 10 adults, we can arrange multiple rooms on the same floor or inter-connecting rooms to make you all feel comfortable in the same place but it’s subject to availability and advance notice is required.

Property Facilities are available only for main residents.

Visitors are allowed to visit the room, but they will not be having full services, Like Swimming Pool Gym, Sauna, or other Free services provided by the property to the main paid guests.

Standard Check-in Time is 2 PM (14:00 Hrs)

Standard Check-out Time is 12 PM (12:00 Hrs)

24 Hours Check-in and check-out service is available

Early check-in and check-out is possible but subject to availability.

Check-in Place is the Apartment's Reception where we have a 24 hour team available to assist you with extraordinary customer service and support.

Valid UAE Emirates ID, GCC ID, or Passport is mandatory for the check-in process

Property has the right to refuse the guest to check-in if valid documents are not provided during the check-in process for all guests staying in the property.

The luggage Storage area is available to store your luggage during check-in or before check-out.

24 Hours Security available with CCTV Camera to make sure guest’s safety and security

The guest will receive the access room key card after the check-in is proceed.

Only the registered guest will be allowed to stay and visit the apartment during the whole stay.

Additional Visitors / Guests are allowed but always Valid ID Passport needs to be registered at the reception and approved by the reception to get access for your visitor's friends or family members. Additional charges may apply as per the Property’s Policy.

Room extension is possible but always subject to availability with prior notice.

During a busy period, departure time and check-in time will be asked by the property to make sure smooth check-in and check-out for all residents/guests
