Inside, this spacious multi-level townhome is designed for comfort, connection, and summertime memory-making. With two separate living areas—each with a fireplace, TV, and board games—it’s easy to gather together or spread out and relax. The chef-inspired kitchen features everything you need to cook up meals after a day outdoors, and there's dining space for up to 11 between the table and bar. With four well-appointed bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms (including two undergoing beautiful updates to be completed mid-June), there's plenty of space and privacy for your group. • Please note that our condo is part of an HOA community with a policy requiring the primary booking guest to be at least 25 years old in order to reserve a short-term stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
• Location, location, location! Hawk's Hideaway is located in the Silver Star complex with it's own ski lift (we cannot guarantee the availability of this lift. See note above) and a 5-star cafe. Just across the street from the Park City Municipal Golf Course.
• Less than a mile from Park City Mountain Resort! (3-minute drive or 17-minute walk) Access to FREE transit system just outside your door (Silver Star S Stop ID: 30060) will take you anywhere you want to go in and around Park City.
• 2 living/family rooms, each with a fireplace, TV, and board games for family fun!
• 4 bedrooms, each with private, en-suite full bathrooms (2 bedrooms are currently being renovated - the current bunk room will become a king bedroom and the current double queen room will become a bunk room with 2 twins (end to end) over 2 queens; completion expected, but subject to change, on June 30).
• Well-equipped kitchen with gas stove, large refrigerator, drip coffee maker, Keurig, and more.
• Dining seating for 11 between the dining table and bar.

IMPORTANT:
1) Our properties are protected by a Damage Waiver and Truvi, our host insurance provider. In compliance with new privacy and fee transparency policies, and as required by our contract with the property owner, you will need to complete your Truvi verification by uploading the front side of your ID and a selfie, and sign the Rental Agreement. Additionally, guests must be 25 years or older to book our home, as required by our insurance policy. After booking, you will receive a link to complete these steps. These requirements must be fulfilled before your check-in date, as access to the property cannot be granted until completed.
2) Any guest staying with us for 14-29 nights is required to schedule a mid-stay clean. If you would like to book for 30+ nights, please reach out for our mid-term rental options.
3) HOSTING GATHERINGS, EVENTS, OR PARTIES IS NOT PERMITTED. SHOULD SUCH ACTIVITIES TAKE PLACE DURING YOUR STAY, YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY NECESSARY ADDITIONAL CLEANING OR REPAIRS, AND YOU COULD RISK EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND.
