Denna slående hem har utsikt över poolen och sjön från nästan alla rum. I det ögonblick du går in i detta hem hälsas du med en slående utsikt över dess vackra formella vardagsrum ut till lanai och mycket stor pool. Mästaren sviten har en king size-säng och stort master badrum utrustad med dusch och roman badkar. En skjutdörr till poolen och lanaiområdet gör det till en vacker plats att slumra.

Det finns två andra sovrum på motsatta sidan av huset som delar det andra badet och ett fjärde sovrum med egen privat 3: e bad av vardagsrummet.

Både andra och tredje sovrummet har två enkelsängar med vita trämöbler, ljust inredd Florida-stil och det fjärde sovrummet är upprättat som en andra master svit med en king size-säng, 26 "platt-TV och eget badrum.

Property and location were good. Mgmt experience was unprofessional and horrible. The manager threatened to evict us because we complained about the washing machine not working and took over a week to fix. She was rude, combative and unprofessional. Will not recommend CNE to anyone.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Happy except for conditions of rugs. Especially in bathrooms. We had to wash all rugs. Previous years have been much better. The overall cleanliness of house was not as good as previous years. The refrigerator filter need to be replaced. The blinds in master bedroom did not work properly and we had to use sheet for privacy. The left sink stopper in master bedroom does not go up and down. We will still be coming next year.

Was not satisfied with the cleanliness

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great and Safe. The outlets in the bathrooms were not working when we arrived. We were not satisfied with the cleanliness. The tile floor had sand and things that stuck to your feet, which right away Made me feel dirty. The shower had hair on the walls like it wasn’t wiped down. The couch had dirt and crumbs in the creases. The counter was clear but not wiped off completely, had dried stuff on it. It made a nice home for vacation but was not very satisfied with the cleanliness.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic Villa in an excellent location. Stocked with everything you would need, sun all day on the pool area overlooking the lake. Sun loungers and patio furniture appeared to be brand new and condition and cleanliness inside the villa was first rate also. We had one minor issue on arrival, but this was sorted within minutes by the on-site management team. We would definitely book this property again.

Birthday Celebration

Great place for a group. Very roomy and accommodating. My only problem was we would blow a circuit when more than one hair dryer was used. Circuit panel may need to be updated. Also, the dining room chairs could use new padding. They were very hard for us card players.

Home is situated in a very nice gated community. Close to downtown only 8-10 minutes away. Close to other beaches and shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

April Naples Visit

Property was in a great Naples neighborhood. Although we did not use any of the community amenities it was a great knowing they were there if needed. The kitchen was well equipped with just about any item you needed. Plenty of towels and having a washer and dryer was great. House didn't seem as clean as other homes we have stayed in however we would stay in this home again.

The glass door going to the patio was very stiff and hard to open and close. The cleanliness was also not up to par. My wife and I spent the first hour and half cleaning. Beautiful home and Property

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this well appointed home and would definitely return. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We also enjoyed the pool area and lake view. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bath and beach towels. We also appreciated the fence/gate that was easily installed around the pool for the safety of our young grandchildren who visited us. The property managers were also readily available if we had any questions or concerns. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short due to the current circumstances but hope to return as soon as we can!
