When I arrived AT THE LOCATION, I was given a pass at the gate as informed but when we reached the townhouse and ENTERED the house was not in living conditions. We called the owner who's number was available and was informed the house was removed from the market 2 weeks ago. I WAS NEVER INFORMED. We slept in our cars overnight. I was embarrassed because this was a tight budget trip I was the person in charge and these are older people finances.THEY gave us an unavailable refund and no where to sleep

It should be listed in their property details that they lock the a/c control on 75 degrees. I understand wanting to keep costs down, but if you are accustomed to cooler temperatures for sleeping this is more than an inconvenience. Would not stay at this unit again for that reason.

Perfect for a family. Beautiful condo.

I have traveled to all of the continental US and overseas. I have stayed in the good and bad. This was an excellent condo. The furniture was up to date and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook plus dishes. Only one problem garbage disposal did not work but that was not a big deal to me. Had everything we needed. Kids loved the play and swimming area but the arcade was a true hit. It was convenient to the Convention Center and Island of Adventure. Loved the gated community. Met some young couples who live there. We absolutely loved it. If we come back this will be out choice.

Great area easy access to everything

Property owner need to reinvest income from the rental of this property and update the property. Carpet dirty bed linen had blood stains and food stains living room furniture need replacing or at minimum cleaned. Had lock on thermostat with 75 being the lowest in Orlando 80ish degree temps with 10 ppl in rental. Property mgt had to get permission from owner to turn it down to 73. Would definitely stay in that area again just not that property.

Wonderful Family Stay

Stayed after my Father's Funeral. The Unit had everything we needed and the pool and splash pad provided entertainment for the children. Thank you for loaning us your beautiful home. Although it was a sad occasion we felt well rested.

Okay place

The positive: The place was as described and in great location. Rental company was informative and easy to work with. The negative: For being a 4 bedroom house and in a family vacation capital it wasn't very inviting. Had a hard time getting crib rental to house, all the rules made it feel unwelcoming and cold. Don't leave towels day of check out or have extra fees, don't leave extra trash or extra fees, put outside shoes in box, not a lot of decor on walls, the upstairs bed folded up like a taco which was hard for 2 people to sleep in, not being able to change air conditioner.

Great holiday at Jeans Villa!

I stayed at Jeans villa July/August 2016 and had a fantastic 2 week holiday! The accommodation ia very spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is excellent! It's a short drive to Disney parks, universal studios and large supermarkets. On site there is a club house with various games, pool, kids water play area, tennis, basketball and beach volleyball, ping pong etc... Also there are a number of BBQ grills around the enclosed private property for guests to use. We made full use of these during our stay! I would definitely recommend jeans for families with children's, young couples/ parties and older guests who love their golf etc there's something for everyone. 5 Star!

Ideal villa for the perfect vacation

This villa was the perfect accommodation for our group holiday to Florida. Firstly, the location is ideal; all theme parks are only a 15-20 minute drive away, large supermarkets are within a short drive and there are great restaurants within walking distance. Secondly, the complex within which the villa is situated is gated and very well managed. The swimming pool and BBQ facilities were kept clean and Jean's villa is in a particularly good spot within the complex to make full use of them while also not being so close that it was noisy. The villa itself has everything you need, including a washing machine and dryer which came in very handy. The villa accommodates 8 people comfortably and was clean and tidy; the perfect place to relax after a long day at the theme parks! All the visitor information in the villa is a lovely touch; this along with the information and help we received prior to our booking makes Jean the perfect host! We will definitely be returning to stay in the future.

Everything you need for a great Florida vacation!

Excellent villa in an ideal location, with ample amounts of living space for a large family or group. The complex where the villa is situated is clean and well managed, the security guards were friendly but also diligent in their duties, giving you the reassurance that the site is safe. We made good use of the BBQ areas on site to enjoy some of the evening Florida sunshine! There are a number of large supermarkets a short drive away as well as numerous places for eating out. All the Disney attractions are within a 15-20 minute’s drive time so this was really convenient, particularly at the end of the day when the group was tired and looking forward to some rest! The large communal pool was great for chilling out and there is also a miniature 'aquapark' area for small children. Great times were had and I can't wait to go back again!

I stayed as a group of 6 in the villa July 2016 and had a fantastic time in Orlando. The villa is a short drive to all the theme parks and shopping outlets which made them really easy to get to in the morning. The villa itself was lovely and clean and plenty of space in the bedrooms and living room. The pool area tended to be quiet during the day and ended up having it to ourselves as well as the BBQ areas around the complex. The complex is secure entry so that it is quiet but on the same street there are restaurants/bars and a supermarket a very short walk away. I would recommend anybody to stay in the villa, ideal for anybody wanting a quiet place to stay but close to all the attractions! Thanks Jean for a great stay and especially all the tourist information you had left!

Holiday of a lifetime!

We stayed at Jeans property for 2 weeks in July and all had the best time. The villa was spotless and was like a home from home. Very spacious for 6 adults to stay in and very handy for getting to all the different theme parks via car. I would 100% book Jean's villa again and would like to thank her again for all her help in making our holiday as fantastic as it was!

My family and I had a wonderful home away experience at Jean's home, and we would stay again.

We loved Jean's place. It was clean and spacious, had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our family of five. Having multiple TVs, WiFi, a washer and dryer in the unit, a huge plus. We liked the location of the townhouse because it is close enough to the clubhouse but not too close where we could hear noise from people at the swimming pool. We liked that it is in a gated community with 24 hour security and many amenities. The location of Seven Dwarfs Villas is excellent with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, etc. within 1-2 miles.It is a very short distance to expressways so it didn't take long to get to any of the major theme parks, airport or other places that we wanted to go. We would definitely stay in Jean's home again and recommend the home to others if they are in the area. We also liked how expedient and responsive Jean has been from the beginning of the process to the end of our vacation. We had information that we needed prior to our arrival. Thanks Jean for helping to make our vacation a very good one.

Seven Dwarfs Villas

My grand daughter and I stayed in Jean's villa for a few days while we "did" Disney World and other Florida attractions. We were very comfortable - everything we needed was there and all very good quality. The beds were excellent, much needed after full days of walking! All the furnishings are lovely and modern, the outlook over the lake and fountain is beautiful and the whole complex is very attractive. I can firmly recommend this lovely house.

family disney vacation

Seven Drawf Villas is a great property. The location is perfect and is super easy to get to Disney World! Lots of restaurants nearby, Target is a block away! Nice pool area, basketball court, playground and lake! Plenty of room in condo, with nice decor and supplies to seem like home. Would stay at location again!

Quick family vacation

We had a cheerleading competition over the weekend that we turned in to a short family vacation. We were very happy with the condo and the whole property. The kids as well as the adults enjoyed the pool and play areas. Access to the gated community was always easy to enter and exit. We were close to many places (walmarts, target, and good restaurants as well as close,10-15 min drive, to all the Disney and other attractions) Hopefully we can stay here if were ever able to come again before the kids are grown up! We really enjoyed our stay!

Great Place To Stay!

We stayed at this location with our two children and a grandparent. There was plenty of space for all of us. The condo is in a great location, and it's an easy drive to and from the Disney parks each day. There are also tons of restaurants nearby and a Super Target. Communicating with Jean was wonderful...she responded to each inquiry very quickly, despite us being on different continents! ;) The whole experience was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again.

Better than Expected.

WOW. Where do I start. Everything was better than expected. This was the best house I've stayed at in the past 10 years in Florida. The villa was the perfect choice for our family of 7. The rooms were spacious and clean and the facilities were were amazing. The kids are demanding to come back to the same place. by the way, Jean was a wonderful person to work with. She's a good communicator who promptly responds to any questions you have in details. I hope to use her home next time I'm in Florida. Mike

A great villa for a week at Disney

First and foremost, thanks to Jean for making the rental of her HOME so trouble free. She is/was so easy to work with and provided so many fantastic details, truly making our experience great. I feel like I've gotten to know Jean just from a few emails and notes. The villa was such a great choice for our family of five; tons of space, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, good kitchen, and such a good location (in relation to Disney as well as within the Seven Dwarfs property). Everything you see in the pictures was exactly how it looked upon our arrival. The location of the villa was perfect for us, as we drove to Disney parks for 6 days. It was SUCH a bonus to come home to our own CLEAN villa with our own space and not having to deal with any other crowds. We even took advantage of the huge pool and kids splash area on our day off. I wanted to mention, I had a few conversations with the security personnel at the property site. Everyone I spoke with was nice, helpful, and quite friendly. No issues at all with getting into/out of the property, so special thanks to them. I would absolutely recommend Jean's villa to anyone; friends or strangers. The value was great, the villa was clean and up to date, and working with Jean was such a good experience. We would definitely rent again with Jean if we found ourselves back in Orlando/Kissimmee. Thanks for making this part of our vacation worry free.

Well equipped, well managed, good position on the complex making it very convenient to use all the facilities. 10 minutes drive to Disney, 20 minutes drive to Universal. Centrally located between mile markers 12 & 13 on SR 192 The Irlo Bronson Highway
