Grant Island is a 1.4 Acre Island Located on Brantingham Lake, NY in the Adirondacks.
Brantingham Lake is essentially a private lake with limited public access.
Included with your rental is a pontoon boat that accommodates up to 8 of your guests. You also get 3 additional Electric boats. One fits 6 guests and the others 3. Use them for recreation around the lake or to travel back and forth to the parking area that is only 2-3 minute boat ride away.
The Island:
Take the 2-person canoes and paddle around Brantingham Lakes' beautiful scenery.
Grant Island also runs boat, jetski and ATV rentals. So if you're looking for more adventure no need to look any further. As a Grant Island guest, you will enjoy 20% discounts on all vehicle rentals. You can see the full selection at GRANT ISLAND RENTALS
Grant Island is great for Pets. They will thank you for the freedom to run free!
There is a Pet Limit of 4. Additional Pets, up to 6, allowed for an additional $150 per pet..
The owner of the island has 1 small dog that may at times come to visit to say hello. We prefer to keep a harmonious atmosphere on the island so any animals with aggressive tendencies will not be allowed. If there is any questions or concerns at all please message us first.
Camp Fires - Each of the two main beach areas has its own fire pit.

Interaction with Guests:
You will have your privacy during your stay but I will be available at all times for any questions or assistance.
