Inte en titt på kikaren, inte en "havsutsikt" över taket på andra fastigheter. Vi har en GORGEOUS, SPEKTAKULAR, DIREKT, UNOBSTRUCTERAD OCEAN & SOLUTSVISNING! Vår enhet är en av de handfulla som ligger längst fram i komplexet av 316 enheter. Det är i mest önskvärda havsutsikt 'H' kluster som ser direkt västerut i havet, det är garderob till den populära gyllene sandiga Kamaole III stranden (~ 200 meter bort). Från bekvämligheten av din egen privata lanai / uteplats, kommer du att njuta av den fantastiska nattliga solnedgången, spotting bryter valar i säsong och njut av din kaffe medan du tittar på paddleboards som passerar ...

I juli 2014 slutade vi en komplett high-end remodel inklusive nytt kök och 2 nya badrum med granitdiskar och körsbärsskåp, nya kakelbadkar, alla nya rostfria vitvaror, ny tvättmaskin / torktumlare, ny varmvattenberedare, kronformning, nya ljusarmaturer, nya fläktar, nya kranar, nya inredningsdörrar och målning och mycket mer. Under 2012 satte vi i nya kakel golv genom hela, alla nya möbler, helt ny himmelsk California king bed. Vår lägenhet är i mycket fint skick med fantastisk havet och solnedgången, som ni kan se från kommentarfältet på vrbo webbplats.

Per hyresavtal, vi kommer att göra allt för att åtgärda rengöringsklagom, saknad leverans, etc, gratis, förutsatt att problemet rapporteras till oss inom 48 timmar efter ankomst.

Maui Kamaole är en förstklassig villa resort, vid gränsen Kihei och Wailea, består av 316 enheter i 29 två våningar byggnader på 23 hektar. Husen är låga, låg densitet, erbjuder lugn avskildhet i en vackert anlagd inställning av tropiska blommor, växter och palmer. Det är rankad som en av de bästa tre lägenhet komplex rankade intill Grand Wailea Hotel, men med en bråkdel av rumskostnaden i Grand Wailea som i genomsnitt ~ $ 1000 per natt. Great condo with oceanview

We enjoyed our stay at this condo in quiet community. Very clean, well-maintained 1b/2 full bath with wall a/c units in master and livingroom. A/c units keep condo very comfortable. King bed very comfy with quality linens and towels. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you'd need to cook or make a picnic lunch. We loved that the condo was on the 1st level. Enjoyed the oceanview everyday. Owners very responsive with any issues. Loved the owner recommendations for activities and restaurants. Check-in and access to condo very easy. I would recommend this condos for a great vacation. We'll book this unit again.

Great place, great hosts, super location

We liked it very much. And the hosts have a good attention to details. The day of the check in I received a text. making sure I had the access information, which had come in the email several days before. Everything you need us there chairs boogie boards, coolers, well-stocked kitchen, cleaning supplies, etc. There was just two of us but there’s a pull out bed and lots of air mattresses and things like that if you’re a family and plenty of room upfront to spread them out, that’s a nice family touch. Highly recommended the only reason I would say anything else is so it’s open the next time I want to go ha ha because we would definitely go back. Thank you, Kevin.

Beautiful location and clean

Beautiful location close to beaches. Clean home with all amenities needed including cookware, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, towels, sheets, dish soap/detergent and washer/dryer detergent/dryer sheets. Very impressed! Access to pool in the condos was nice as well. Beautiful views of the sunset over the ocean each night as well.

Perfect location.

Perfect location. So close and convenient to beaches, restaurants and stores in Kihei and Wailea. We were able to watch the beautiful sunset from our lanai each evening. We would stay here again!!

Wonderful Stay

We had never visited Maui and were not sure if we had picked a good property and location. We could not have been more pleased with our stay. The place is really nice, clean and everything in working order. The location is awesome with great beaches and views. It’s stocked with all the things you need for a nice day at the beach it’s walkable to nice areas to eat and drink, but we mostly used Uber to save time.

Wonderful condo!

I really enjoyed my time in this condo - it's quiet, spacious, with a lovely patio and view... plus something rare - a fully equipped kitchen with counter space and a actual appliances! You can cook here! It's located at the Wailea end of Kehei close to a great beach and within a few minutes of lovely Wailea beaches. Maui isn't large, so you can easily drive everywhere - it took us 15 minutes to get to Paia and the jungle. The owners are very friendly and use the condo themselves. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Sunsets

The condo is perfectly situated to view some of the most beautiful sunsets that can be experienced. The property was well maintained, clean and located in a fine place to take advantage of beach and other activities on Maui. The condo was well appointed with up to date bathroom and kitchen facilities. We especially liked the small back private patio for early morning coffee .

Kihei condo with awesome view.

Matt and Shu’s place is delightful, a quick walk to the beach park. A little bit longer walk to restaurants like Cafe O’lei and Coconuts. A more energetic stroll takes you along miles of shoreline trails. Shu is the best and easily available.

Best at Maui Kamaole

Shu and Matt’s condo was wonderful. It was just redone with high end counter tops great showers all new appliances. Great location and view. Shu went out of her way to make our stay very special. We have stayed in the MK complex at least 15 times before and none have been better. Bob Church

Nice Amenities but Not Worth the Booking Process

Cons: -There were a lot of cockroaches in the condo. The bug man did come by during our stay and afterwards we found 10+ dead cockroaches in the house including in the microwave. -The owners contacted us after booking and heavily pressured us to not use VRBO and to pay them directly. After we said that we were not comfortable doing this they said they were going to cancel our booking, but never did. The overall booking process was stressful and felt deceptive. -The bedding and pillows are very worn and need replacing. Pros: -Great location. 10 minutes to walk to the beach. 15 -20 minutes to walk to the shops. -The community pools are nice and there is a hot tub. -The condo has beach supplies including beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkel gear. -The kitchen had everything we need to cook with including a coffee pot and blender.

Owner listed that she had more than125 5+ reviews. All other descriptions were totally inaccurate.

Very disappointing. After we walked in the front door I went to the kitchen to wash my hands. When I picked up the dish towel next to the sink it was covered with dried spaghetti sauce. When I laid down on the rug in the living room to stretch my back there was major dust and debris under all the furniture. The couch was so uncomfortable you could feel the springs from the hide a bed poking you. There was no place to sit in the condo that was comfortable. The mattress in the bedroom had no support. The towels and sheets were tired and worn. Too many issue to even list. The worst part was when we paid for our stay the owner send us a letter saying the following: To avoid numerous VRBO fees, once guests feel comfortable they can book with us directly. We found this unethical and unprofessional.

2 pools, tennis courts and easy access to a few beaches. Add in an ocean view for whale watching and sunsets. We were very happy with this accomodation.

Great location

Clean, updated place! Great location and view of ocean. We saw whales everyday! Kitchen has everything you would need including sharp knives and containers for packing food. Quiet location with convenient parking. Pool area was nice and close by (pool has a few too many rules for kids imo). Nice beach across the street and condo has all the beach items you would need like, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards etc. We would stay here again!

We saw whales during morning coffee!

The location is prime. We saw whales almost daily from the lahina. Kitchen is very well stocked to fully prepare all meals. A nice bonus is to have beach supplies such as towels, chair, boogie boards, etc.

Matt and Shu ('Sue') live in a suburb of Seattle WA and enjoy the warm and sunny Maui weather as a break from the cloudy weather back home. We're both software geeks. We're avid hikers and snokelers, if you are looking for great places to hike or snorkel in Maui let us know. Since 2012, Shu has rented this beautiful property to many satisfied guests/vacationers. After retired from Microsoft, Shu Scott obtained a WA real estate license. We've worked very hard on our condo to get it updated/remodeled, keep it clean and well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Maui.

Location, location, location. Maui Kamaole is a first-class condominium resort, on the border of Kihei and Wailea, consists of 316 units in 29 two-story buildings on 23 acres. This low-rise, low-density complex offers beautiful tropical landscaping in a peaceful setting. The resort has two swimming pools, two hot tubs, tennis courts and many barbeque areas with gas grills next to each building.

Our unit is one of the handful units that is located in the front row and has a direct ocean and sunset view. Kama'ole beach III, one of the nicest beaches in the world, is ~200 ft from our condo.

Boogie board, Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs & Beach Umbrella, beach towels.
Kids beach toys. Also in unit: Washer/Dryer, iron & ironing board, hair dryers, toaster, coffee maker, food processor, gourmet spice rack, cooler and a fully equipped kitchen.

As stated in the rental agreement, if our guest is not 100% satisfied with the household supplies, cleaning, etc, report the issue(s) to us within 48 hours of check-in, we will have the cleaning company fix the issue(s), free of charge.
