This peaceful, centrally-located townhome in Beaverton, Oregon offers 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, perfect for comfortable living. Located within walking distance of the Nike World Campus and a variety of shopping and dining options, this home provides both convenience and tranquility. Ideal for those seeking a serene yet well-connected place to call home.
The space
This 1,445 square foot home is centrally located between Beaverton, Aloha, Bethany, and just twenty minutes from Downtown Portland. You can also hop on highway 26 to be at the Oregon coast in an hour and a half.
The home is located off the 158th and Baseline main roads just behind the Beaverton Costco. There is street parking for 2-3 cars if needed. There is a large flat screen TV with streaming options for your entertainment needs.
When staying at this location, you are just a couple minutes from downtown Beaverton where there are almost too many options to list. Inside of a mile there is Juan Colorados Mexican Food, Thai, Korean BBQ, and Mediterranean restaurants.

We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 9:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories.
