Just three blocks from the BEACH, CAFES, and PICKLEBALL courts, this stylish retreat offers the perfect beach escape. Enjoy two beach badges, towels, and beach chairs, plus 5 minute drive to Asbury Park’s vibrant dining, shopping, and nightlife. Unwind with a queen bed, cable TV, Nespresso coffee, and keyless entry ideal for a weekend getaway or an extended stay!
General House Rules
1. Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in is at 3PM, and check-out is by 10AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs must be pre-approved and may incur additional fees.
2. No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property, including indoors and outdoor areas. Violations will result in a $500 Fee
3. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM. Please limit noise during these hours to respect neighbors and other guests. Noise Fee will result in a $300 fee
4. No Pets: Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved. Approved pets are subject to a fee of $100 per pet. However, large pets are not permitted due to potential barking and noise that may disturb neighbors or other guests.
5. No Fireworks: Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the property.
6. No Parties or Events: Hosting parties, events, or large gatherings is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
7. Maximum Occupancy: The property accommodates a maximum of 3 guests. Additional, unregistered guests are not permitted.
8. No Illegal Activities: Illegal substances or activities are not allowed on the property.
9. Trash and Recycling: Dispose of trash and recycling in the designated bins provided. Guests are responsible for taking out their trash at the end of the stay.
10. Parking: Parking is limited to free street parking. Please do not block neighbors’ driveways or use unauthorized parking spots.
11. Respect for Property: Please treat the home and its contents with care. Any damage caused will be the responsibility of the guest.
12. Appliance Use: Turn off all lights, AC/heating, and appliances when not in use or upon leaving the property.
13. Child Safety: Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times, especially near stairs, balconies, or other potentially unsafe areas.
14. Fire Safety: No open flames, candles, or fire pits unless explicitly permitted. A fire extinguisher is available in Kitchen
