Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. This is a cozy and retro modern 2 bedroom 2 bath house with all you need for a comfortable Austin stay. The house has 3 beds and a sleeper couch, fully stocked kitchen, a beautiful spa-like bathroom, and a sauna!
Take a morning run on Ladybird Lake and then head out on foot to coffee and tacos! Enjoy a quite, stylish, private home that's in the middle of all things Austin.
The house offer 3 beds (1 king, 1 queen and 1 twin), plus a sleeper couch, a full kitchen a deck with a gas grill, a sauna, and multiple TV's. The master bedroom features a spa like oversized bathtub , dual shower and sinks, a full size stacked washer and dryer, as well as an electric sauna. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, this setup provides flexibility and comfort. The secondary bedroom has 1 queen bed, and 1 twin bed and it's own TV.
For modern convenience the property has 1 full washers/dryer and Wi-Fi or wired in gigabyte internet access. There are board games and outdoor games provided as well as a full kitchen.

The location cannot be beat, we are located centrally in the Holly section of East Austin. One of the most walkable, yet peaceful neighborhoods, it is within walking distance to the Cesar Chavez entertainment district, east 6th street, and Rainey street. Within less than a block, find yourself on the beautiful lakeside trail of Ladybird Lake. A 7 minute cab ride gets you anywhere you would want to be in central Austin.

We are locals that have been in East Austin for almost two decades.
Varför värden valde detta boende
This neighborhood is so close to all of Austin's best nightlife and culinary scene, blocks away from Ladybird Lake, and yet tranquil and quiet.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
Walk to coffee and tacos, take a run (or SUP!) on the lake, take a 3 minute Uber to Rainey street, or even walk to east 6th. We're so close to all the action.
