Detta Àr en byggare personliga hem med nÄgon kostnad skonas i bygg- och avsluta uppgifter.

Njut av den rymliga 3300 kvadratfot hem med 4 sovrum 3. 5 bad pÄ över 2 hektar av privata skÀl som innehÄller en damm, vattenfall, badmitton domstol, hÀstsko omrÄde och eldstaden för att njuta av. NÀra till allt men du kommer att kÀnna lugn och ro i vÀstra North Carolina Mountains.

Vi Àlskar hundar och kan lÀtt rymma upp till 2 hundar för att komma och njuta av bergen - och inkludera tvÄ stora inomhuslÄdor om det behövs.

Det finns en k-cup kaffemaskin med ett lager av Caribou Coffee, tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare, grill, uteplats pÄ övre dÀck, utomhus kontor om du behöver arbeta under dina resor och gung uteplats bÀnkar pÄ framsidan och baksidan.

What a beautiful property in am amazing location! This is the perfect spot to be a little out of touch (No cell service, but the WiFi is strong) but know 15 minutes to downtown Asheville. The owners we great to work with very easy to contact, very friendly. We loved the property so much, we are planning another stay this fall.

Perfect family reunion house

We had a wonderful stay here for our annual trip with extended family. The house was spacious and roomy for family fun and conversations. The beds were extremely comfortable and amenities were amazing. We enjoyed the beautiful scenic views from the decks, pool table, ping pong, and air hockey. We were so close to downtown Asheville, great location!

Wonderful Home Base in Asheville

Fun Thanksgiving

Stayed with our family of five, including 3 boys and our dogs and my mom and brother for Thanksgiving, and we all loved the house! It was very comfortable for all of us and we loved the games and hot tub, and it was within a short distance to the Biltmore which we really enjoyed with all of the Christmas decorations. The host was very helpful and I would definitely recommend the house to anyone considering a tirp up to the mountains!

Siblings visit the Biltmore and more

Loved the home and location. Driveway is very steep but it was part of our adventure. Very cool for April and the signs told us both indoor fireplaces were closed for the season. Great mountain house near all Asheville attractions

We had a great time at this property. It’s quite large, has a lot of activities to offer (pool, air hockey, ping pong, fire pit and more), and the location is great. It only takes about 10-15 minute to get into Asheville, plus it’s close to Chimney Rock, the BR Pkwy, and Pisgah. One of the highlights of our trips was when a family of bears showed up one afternoon. We’d definitely recommend staying here.

Celebration Weekend

We spent a long weekend with extended family celebrating my husbands birthday and hosted a shower for our daughter-in-law and our 1st grandbaby. Beautiful Home Up in the Hills

The property was spotless and very well equipped. I can tell that the owner does a great job with the maintenance and cleanliness of the home. She also is very attentive to any needs the guest may have. My parents thought it was one of the best homes we have rented for our December family getaway.

In the woods

Beautiful well maintained home located in the woods. We stayed in late May and the weather was cool at first and warming as the week went on. We enjoyed cooking in the nice kitchen. After a few days we got used to the winding road to the house. The home owner responded to our text very quickly. Overall our stay was very relaxing.
