Scenic country side view

Our stay at Costantina’s and Nino house was memorable. Kids loved the pool, big fields! The view from the house over the fields is wonderful. Costantina and Nino were very generous and kind. Thanks to them we tasted delicious Sardinian BBQ and Carbonara!

Nos ha gustado muchisimo todo en general, sobretodo la tranquilidad que se respira y la familiaridad. La piscina es fantástica y lo tiene todo limpio. Nino ha sido muy amable. Muchas gracias por todo.

Ruhe und Erholung ist garantiert

Lage: Die Wohnung liegt abseits von jedem Trubel, sehr ruhig im Grünen. Nulvi mit Supermarkt, Restaurants und Tankstellen liegt nur 5 Min mit dem Auto entfernt, hier bekommt man alles was man benötigt. Absolute Ruhe. Haus: Der Garten ist grün und gepflegt. Von der Terasse blickt man über den Pool in die weite Landschaft. Die Wohnung ist schön und von der Größe her absolut ausreichend. Die Schlafzimmer sind schön groß, so dass genug Platz für Klamotten und Koffer da ist. Küche ist zweckmäßig und wie in Ferienwohnungen üblich eher knapp eingerichtet (z.B. nur 4 Gabeln). Durch das Sofa ist der Wohnbereich eng. Alles sauber. Es gibt viele Spielsachen für Kinder, ein Schlafzimmer ist zudem als Kinderzimmer eingerichtet (Hochbett). An wenigen Stellen ist die Wohung ein wenig ins Alter gekommen (z.B. Lampenschirm kaputt, Amaturen nicht mehr top). Sonstiges: Weder die Besitzer noch die Gäste der anderen Wohnung stören. Die Kommunkation auf Englisch ist schwer, aber wir sind trotzdem wunderbar zurecht gekommen. Die Besitzer sind wirklich sehr freundlich und lösen alle Probleme, wenn es eins gibt. Es gibt freilaufende wilde Katzen und einen lieben Hund. Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlung vorhanden. Wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen!

Justo lo que buscábamos

Lugar muy tranquilo en el interior de la isla, a 25 min de la playa. Al estar en el interior está más alto y es más fresco. La propiedad consta de 3 casas, en la central vive el propietario con su familia y las 2 de los extremos son para huéspedes. El trato, la simpatía y la proximidad de los dueños de 10. Nos encantó.

Sehr schöner Familienurlaub auf dem Land

Wir hatten eine gepflegte Wohnung bei wirklich sehr netten Gastgebern. Nino & seine Frau haben uns herzlich aufgenommen und konnten uns wichtige Tipps für den Aufenthalt auf der Insel geben. Der Pool war für uns auch wichtig da man ja auch nicht immer unterwegs ist und sich auch einfach mal entspannen möchte.

Amazing place with an amazing host!!

The property is in a beautiful setting and perfect location to explore Sardinia. Nino and his family really were super hosts. They were so welcoming and gave us some great recommendations on where to go and what to see. We will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend!!!

Wonderful: paradise according to our children 😁

The place was big enough for our family of six, and the children were very happy to sleep together in the same room. The swimming pool in front of the terrace is very practical to relax while children are playing in the pool. Our guests were fantastic with us: lots of advice to visit the area and nice espressos served by Nino and his wife... as well as ice creams for our children 😉. Many thanks again and good continuation!

Schöner Aufenthalt im Norden Sardiniens!

Eine schöne Wohnung mit sehr großem Pool bei freundlichen Gastgebern. Diese sind sehr hilfsbereit und wohnen direkt nebenan. Somit bei Fragen jederzeit vorhanden. Alles vorhanden für einen schönen Urlaub. Der Pool ist ausgestattet mit vielen Liegen und Spielzeugen. Die Unterkunft ist ziemlich abgelegen und somit sehr ruhig. Ein Mietwagen sollte daher vorhanden sein. Würden bei Möglichkeit wieder kommen. Sehr empfehlenswert vor allem mit Kindern!

Wonderful!!!

We stayed here for 2 weeks in September (3 adults & 1 toddler of 2,5 years) and it was really wonderful! The building is separated into 3 identical units. Everything was really clean and well equipped including a washing machine for your laundry and air conditioning which we didn't have to use. We did not cook ourselves at all but everything was available in the kitchen to be able to cook yourself. The most time spent was outside the house on the porch (which is screened of from the neighboring porch for privacy) or, of course, around the swimming pool. The swimming pool was very clean and the grounds around the pool were well kept. The views of the surroundings are very beautiful and the area is very quiet and peaceful. The only sounds were produced by the (very) occasional car driving by or the bells of the sheep. The closest village is Nulvi which is a few minutes by car and has a grocery store, gas stations and a few places where you can get pizza's. For more choice in restaurants you will need to drive about 25-30 mins (Castelsardo/Lu Bagnu) as there is much more choice there in regards to restaurants than there are in Nulvi. There are a few Agriturismo restaurants closer by which are certainly worth visiting! The closest beach is about a 20 min drive away. Beaches slightly further away but really nice to visit are in Isolla Rossa and Badesi (about 30-40 min drive). For various other beautiful beaches like La Pelosa, La Speranza, Porto Palmas or Maria Palma to name a few you will be looking at driving around 60-80 minutes but they are well worth visiting. During all the driving you will be treated with a lot of beautiful views of the island so all the driving is actually fun! Finally the host, Nino, was great! He came by regularly to clean the pool and ask if everything was ok or to give us some tips on beautiful places to visit. He even organized a bbq for us with some of his family which was really great. He made sure that during our stay we were very satisfied and had a great stay there. We had a great stay at this property and will certainly come back again in the future!

Traumaufenthalt in schönster Landschaft

W stayed at this property 1 week in July 2016 and it was a fantastic week. We came with two children (3 and 6 years). The house with the three flats is situated in a totally quiet area, about 5 five minutes away from the next village (Nulvi). The view on the countryside is amazing and you only hear the bells of the sheep. For the children it was perfect because they could enjoy the very clean swimming pool while parents can sit with a glass of wine on the beautiful terrace of the flat, able to supervise children without running behind them :-) The flats are well equipped, even with washing machine and air conditioning. Nino, the owner, takes care of his guests. Every day he cleans the pool and he even prepared a marvelous barbecue night for us and the other guests with meat from the animals of his farm. It's 20 minutes by car to get to the beach, and there are some very good "agriturismo"-restaurants in the area where typical Sardinian menus are offered. We had a great holiday at Sa Raighina and are sure we will come back again in the future.

Gute Unterkunft in schöner und ruhiger Lage.

Sehr schöne Lage in der Nähe von Nulvi. Wir waren Ende Mai 2015 hier. Ruhige Unterkunft, schöner Pool der täglich gereinigt wurde. Nino und Familie sind gute Gastgeber. Sehr empfehlenswert und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Braucht ein Auto zum erreichen der Ferienwohnung.

Ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus mit schönen Pool

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist sauber und mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet. Besonders schön ist der Pool. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Nino für gute Tipps, interessante Infos zu Land und Leuten und einen langen, lustigen Grillabend. Das Haus ist uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen, wenn man Urlaub etwas abseits von Touristenorten mag und vom Land etwas erleben will. Uns hat es sehr gefallen.

An absolute gem

The first thing that struck us was the silence; a car passed by perhaps every 30mins, no aeroplanes overhead, just the wind and the tinkle of bells from the sheep - it's hard work deciding which bit of nothing to do next :-) It's very rural Sardinia but was spotlessly clean and everything we needed was there. Nino (the owner) and his family made us feel so welcome, we can't thank them enough. The pool was a dream, lovely to cool off in - I would suggest wearing footwear on the grass though. It's not for you if you want raucous nightlife, lots of noise and non-stop stuff happening. I'd also suggest it's not suitable for very young children because of the openness of the countryside and the pool. The villa and pool are on the same level but there's a step up into the bathroom, providing you have some mobility a disability shouldn't be an issue. Being so high up it's windy (but warm) so keep an eye on sunburn. Regarding Sardinia as a country I have to say it's nearly perfect. Wherever we went everyone was very friendly and accommodating - few spoke much English but were happy to borrow our Italian/English dictionary or make use of acting out words. We got along just fine, the language is not a problem at all. It is also an ideal place for someone from the UK who has never driven abroad before to visit as there is so little traffic. My personal highlight was the toilets (having experienced many Italian and French ones...) as every single one I visited was spotlessly clean - although toilet paper was in short supply so take a packet of hankies! The down side are the road signs, if you're trying to find a place of interest the signs are useless! We can't wait to return

Great place to stay if you are looking for the peace and quiet of the countryside. Accommodation was clean and comfortable, spacious and well maintained. Nino is a great host who put on a BBQ and arranged for the kids to help with milking the sheep. Great week.

Toller Familienurlaub mit Hund

Man ist mitten in der Natur. Waren letztes Jahr mit zwei Kindern und unserem kleinen Hund Ben in dieser toll ausgestatteten Wohnung. Wir hatten im gesamten Urlaub, selbst in der Hochsaison, absolute Ruhe, auch vom Verkehr her. Nino ist ein einfacher, total liebenswerter Kerl; meine Kinder waren total vernarrt in Ihn und den Hofhund Stella. Er hat sogar für uns ein tolles Barbecue gezaubert und jeden Morgen den riesen Pool gereinigt. Dieser ist natürlich das Highlight. Man kann Super Schwimmen und er ist aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Tiefen auch für Kinder geeignet. Sehr zentrale Lage nach Westen, Osten, Norden. Waren in Stintino (Strand ein Traum, aber total überfüllt) und an ganz vielen anderen Stränden in der Gegend. Alle Top. Wer Ruhe im Urlaub und eine bezahlbare Unterkunft auf einer Trauminsel bei einem tollen Vermieter sucht, ist hier genau richtig!! Grüße von Dennis, Sabine, Emily, Anton und Ben.

Wieder hier, das 2. Mal

Und wir haben es wieder getan! Wie in 2011 angekündigt, waren wir ein 2.Mal hier. Dieses Mal mit Freunden(2 Erwachsene und zwei weiter Mädels, 4 und 8 Jahre alt). Es gibt meiner letzten Bewertung nichts hinzuzufügen. Und wir wollen in 2013 wohl wieder vorbeischauen :-D

Perfekt!!!!

Wir (Familie mit 4 Kindern) hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Nulvi/bei Nino und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Nino ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der sich hervorragend um seine Gäste kümmert! Das Ferienhaus liegt auf dem Land, ruhig und fernab vom Touristenrummel. Mit dem Auto könnte man aber täglich zum Strand fahren, wenn man es wollte. Wir haben jedoch viel Zeit am Pool verbracht und die herrliche Aussicht genossen! Die Kinder hatten ihren Spass mit den Tieren auf dem Bauernhof nebenan und durften sogar beim Melken der Schaafe mithelfen. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist ideal für Ausflüge und besonders empfehlenswert für Personen/Familien, die auf der Suche nach Ruhe und dem ursprünglichen Sardinien sind.

Le calme et la sérénité

Tout simplement l'endroit de rêve pour des vacances au grand calme.Construit à 6 km du pus proche village .Ce bel ensemble de trois appartements offre tous les conforts.Avec sa haute toiture et ses murs épais l'utilisation de la climatisation ne s'impose pas. La disponnibilité et la gentillesse du propriétaire qui organise même des barbecues pour faire découvrir les mets locaux n'à d'égal que sont sérieux dans l'entretien de la piscine et des pelouses.15 minutes de routes jusqu'à la plage la plus proche,1 heure de l'aéroport d'Alghero. Pour nous ce sera un lieu de villégiature régulier car nous sommes assurés d'y trouver le calme et cette convivialité tant appréciés en période de vacances.

Erholung pur und ein sehr netter Gastgeber

Wir waren Anfang Juli 2012 für 8 Tage Gäste bei Nino. Unsere Kinder (12 und 14 Jahre) haben den Pool genossen und auf dem Rasen Ball gespielt. Wir Eltern haben die Ruhe und den einzigarteigen Blck in die Landschaft genossen. Ausflüge führten uns zu den nahegelegenen Stränden und nach Alghero. Besonders loben wir unseren Gastgeber Nino, der sich viel um uns kümmerte. Das Endspiel der Fußball-EM durften wir mit ca. 30 seiner Freunde in einem privaten Partykeller ansehen - ein unvergesslicher Abend. Und auch uns hat er seine Farm gezeigt und wir durften beim Schafemelken mithelfen. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft gerne weiter!!!

Wunderbare Ausgangsbasis für Nordsardinien

In einer Stunder vom Flughafen Alghero erreichbar. Das gut ausgestattete neue Gebäude liegt in der Nähe des Ortes Nulvi inmitten von Grasland. Mit zehn Schritten ist man am Pool, welcher ganztags benützbar ist. Kinder kann man von der Terrasse aus beaufsichtigen. Die nächstgelegenen Strände erreicht man in 15 Minuten, in der Umgebung gibt es mehrere Bauerngasthäuser. Die Lage nicht direkt am Meer bewirkt neben der Ruhe auch den Ansporn, verschiedene der vielen schönen Strände Nordsardiniens zu erkunden. Der Vermieter Nino kommt täglich vorbei und reinigt den Pool. Bei jeglichen Fragen ist er behilflich. Für uns warf er sogar drei mal den Grill an, beim gemeinsamen Essen kam man auch mit den Nachbarn zum Quatschen. So wird die Ruhe durch nette Kontakte ergänzt. Wer will, bekommt auch täglich Schafe, Schweine und Pferde zu sehen. Das Reisewetter im Juli war perfekt. Auch an heißen Tagen weht in dieser Höhenlage meist ein Lüftchen, in der Nacht braucht man dank massiver Mauern und hoher Räume keine Klimaanlage, sondern schläft wie in Nordeuropa. Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen für Leute, die Massenabfertigungen großer Tourismusanlagen meiden wollen, und ehrliche sardische Gastfreundschaft bevorzugen.

Lovely place

From August 8 until August 22 we (2 adults and 2 kids at age of 11 and 14 from The Netherlands) stayed at Sa Raighina. From the airport of Alghero we drove to the gas station in Nulvi. We got a warm welcome from Nino, the owner.He buyed us a cup of coffee in the nearby cafe and then took us to the apartment 3 kilometres from Nulvi. Sa Raighina is a beautiful location with swimmingpool and spectacular view on the hills and wind mills. The swimmingpool was well-maintained every day.There are three appartments of same size. Each appartment has 2 spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, shower and bidet and a kitchen/living room with TV and possibilty for another 2 persons to sleep. It was very clean. We visited a lot of beautifeaul places and beaches like Stentino, Capo Caccia, Capo Testa, Castelsardo mainly on the west side of the Iland. The other guest (mostly Spanish) were also very friendly. The first day they prepared a lunch for us. We communicated with Nino and the other guest through a mixture of Italian, French, German and English. One night Nino held a bbq for his family and guests. Another afternoon he took us to a nuraghe and let us milk the sheep. In the second week we went to a agriturismo of a friend and had a delicious dinner. If you like meat, pasta and insalata you really should go there. Also one day we guided Nino when took the 320 sheep from one place to another. Nino frequently asked if we would like cucumber and zucchine from his land.The nearby little village of Nulvi was during our vacation a couple of days very alive because of ferragosta and I Candelhieri. But you do need a (rental) car to visit other places and beaches. If you like to learn about sardinia this is a typical place to stya.We really would like to thank Nino for his hospitality and really reccomend this location.

A Unique Experience

We (family with two kids 6-8), stayed in july 2011 in Sa Raighina. A warm welcome by Nino in a beautifull house wirh full equiped kitchen (oven, coffeemaker, etc), bathroom with washingmachine and fine beds in the two bedrooms. Right in front the pool with enough beds and a very nice place to sit with bank and comfort-chairs (really lounge!) So we enjoy the peace and quiet (beautifull mornings!), Nino takes the kids along to the milking of the sheep, he lets them ride on horseback and gives us a taste of his own cheese, sausage and wine. No better host I've ever seen! The beach (Lu Bagnu) is only 15 minutes away, in Nulvi you have small shops, two restaurants, a lot of bars and market on saturday. You can explore north Sardegna from here, Sassari is close by, the nice town of Castelsardo, other castello´s and even a cave is nearby. As we´d like to see the Nuraghi in Sardegna, Nino took us and shows us two Nuraghi nearby and a sacred well! He´s got not only sheep but cows, chicken, pigs and dogs. Our children had a great time with all the animals and offcourse in the extreme clean pool. He helped us with the barbeque and is always ready to help you with advise. So if you are looking for a rural and easy vacation, this is the place! Experience the real sardegnian life and enjoy the beautifull landscapes. Visit the medieval towns and villages and taste the great food. All that in a comfortable, super appartment equipped with all you need (even a television, wich you don´t need). Just go!

Meer, Ruhe, Freundlcihkeit: perfekt! Teil 2

.... Von langen Trips sah ich ab, da es zum Einen mitunter 'recht' warm war, im Schnitt ca. 30C, aber auch mal bis zu 36C, zum Anderen sollte der Urlaub vor allem auf meine Töchter ausgerichtet sein. So erkundeten wir an einem Tag erst den 'Elefanten', von welchem ich sie beinahe nicht mehr wegbekam, danach, auf dem Weg nach Castelsardo, eine Nuraghe, sehr interessant und dunkel, und schliesslich noch Castelsardo. Eine weitere kulturelle Strapaze legte ich ihnen noch auf. Ein typisch sardisches Essen in einem Restaurant des Agriturismo. Die Begeisterung hielt sich in Grenzen, bis dann das Essen kam! Wir besuchten auf Empfehlung von Nino das Restaurant 'Monte Entuso', ca. 9km Richtung Tergu. Mit Abstand das beste Essen, welches ich auf Sardinien je geniessen konnte! Und eigentlich war ja auch nicht geöffnet, aber sie öffneten das Restaurent eigens für uns. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass dies einer der erholsamsten Urlaube war, die ich gemacht habe. Für/mit Kinder(n) ideal, die Strände sind herrlich, und die Sarden sind Kindern gegenüber soooo aufgeschlossen. Meine Mädels haben schon in Sardinien gesagt, dass sie nächstes Jahr wieder hierher wollen. Mal sehen; die Chancen stehen gut!
