Come, relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets right from your lanai in this incredible condo. located in Waikoloa Beach Resort. Just a short stroll to Anaehoomalu Bay as well as the King Shops and the Queens Marketplace for dining & shopping. Also within .1/2 mile is the white sand Anaehoomalu Beach which offers snorkeling, windsurfing, kayaking, sunset and whale-watching tours, or you can simply relax under the shade of a palm tree.

Well appointed 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 1300 sq. ft. condo has an 800 Sq Ft wrap around lanai. Located near the 11th hole on the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. Pool and Spa, Gym, Tennis Courts, BBQ Grills located throughout, Koi Fish ponds, and beautiful grounds.

Waikoloa Beach Stay

This was in a fantastic location. Few mins from a public beach, not too far of a drive to Kona/airport, good restaurants. The host provided beach gear (snorkel equipment, umbrella, beach chairs, towels, cooler/ice packs, pool noodles, etc). We also had access to the community pool/spa. The patio was an added bonus, backs up to the golf course, which you get a discount at. We really enjoyed our stay. Really the only downside was the amount of “chores” we had to do when leaving. We completely understand the short turnover, and do not mind doing trash/dishes. However, the host required to have “all towels clean and dry” as well as starting a load before leaving in addition to stripping linens. The tasks are not individually hard, but become burdensome as they add up. Would caution those who wish to have a true “vacation” from choosing this property if you don’t wish to spend 2ish hours on the departure day doing chores.
