Other Things to Note:
LOCAL RESIDENTS - Locals MUST contact me prior to booking. We do NOT allow parties so please do NOT book if you plan to have a party or to have friends over.
NO PARTIES - Parties, events, and gatherings are not allowed (unless previously agreed upon, in writing, at the time of booking). Please mention if you plan to have guests over who are not included in your reservation.
DOORBELL CAMERA - There is a doorbell camera outside the front door that points towards the driveway/street.
QUIET HOURS - Quiet hours between 10pm-7am. Please be respectful of your neighbors.
NO SMOKING - Smoking is not permitted inside! Make sure doors and windows are closed if smoking outside (and dispose of butts in the trash bins outside).
PESTS - The house is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.
PET FEE - Dogs are allowed for an additional $100 pet fee. No cats please. Please keep pets off of the furniture (or bring a blanket to cover furniture), clean up any pet waste in the yard, and do not leave dogs unattended and barking in the home or yard.
Early Check Ins, Late Checkouts and Trip Extensions needs to coordinated at least 24 hours in advance, please do not text us an hour before checkout and ask for a late checkout.
SAFEGUEST - Just like a hotel check-in, all bookings include quick ID verification via SafeGuestâjust like handing over your ID at hotel check-in. Your details are safe and deleted within 14 days.
We no longer make exceptions to the published cancellation policy for any reason so if you want to be extra safe should you need to cancel, please purchase trip insurance.
