En mysig Äret runt privata timmerstuga hem ligger i centrala Bolton Landing. Huset har fantastisk utsikt över Lake George och bergen och ligger i fÀrdig avskildhet frÄn alla grannar. Om en avkopplande lugn semester hem Àr vad du letar efter ... detta Àr det!

Huset har nyligen renoverats med helt nya rostfria vitvaror i kök och nya golv i hela (lövtrÀ i vardagsrummet, kakel i köket, och matta i sovrum). Du kan inte begÀra en bÀttre plats pÄ Lake George: Vi Àr en 5 minuters promenad till stan som inkluderar strÀnder, parker, bÄtuthyrning, aktiviteter, restauranger, barer, affÀrer och mycket mer. Detta Àr den perfekta platsen för en familjevÀnlig semester.

Huset har tre sovrum och tvÄ badrum (1 i master och 1 huvud) och en mycket stor loft pÄ 2: a vÄningen. Det finns en stor sÀng i master, en drottning sÀng i vart och ett av de 2 rum och tvÄ enkelsÀngar i loft ger sova för 8 bekvÀmt. Dessutom har den 2: a vÄningen loft tvÄ utdragbara soffor som kan sova upp till 4 extra personer om det behövs. Vi har ocksÄ en pack-n-play och en barnstol för de smÄ. Huset har tvÄ verandor som Àr perfekt för att sitta och njuta av utsikten eller grilla med familjen. Vi har höghastighets trÄdlöst internet och flera kabel-tv inklusive HBO & Showtime. Uppfarten Àr mycket stor och rymmer flera fordon.

Huset Àr centralt belÀget i den vackra staden Bolton Landing pÄ bedövning Lake George. Njut av alla sjön har att erbjuda Äret runt! Huset Àr en 5 minuters promenad till stan, restauranger, parker, lekplatser, affÀrer och strÀnder. Det finns flera smÄbÄtshamnar mycket nÀra för bÄtliv hyror och andra vattenaktiviteter. Huset Àr en kort bilresa till Lake George Village, Great Escape och Splashwater Kingdom, Gore och West Mountain Ski Area, etc.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house- plenty of room for all of us and the location was perfect. We walked into town and it was just a short drive into Lake George Village. The house had everything we needed and we’d definitely stay here again.

It was great. I would say the one big surprise is that it is located right next to a sewage treatment plant. The smell was relatively rare, but occasional.

Family vacation . 6 adults 2 kids. Absolutely gorgeous location. You have beautiful mountain all to yourself . Then can walk to the town in a few minutes with great restaurants . So total privacy but then short walk to town. Beds comfortable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Property is close to town. Morning sun deliciously floods the back deck. The full.moon shone on the lake and peeped through the skylight. Lots of parking, and quiet because it's at the end of the road.TV worked great as did all appliances. Just a few little things: The front storm door is broken--just needs to have the handle reset, I think. There was a broken faucet handle in the kitchen--not sure where it came from. There was only one key in the lock box on the left-hand side. The lock box on the right-hand side did not work for me.Overall, a fair price for a wonderful location.

Awesome Winter Getaway!

Great family house in Bolton Landing

My family enjoyed staying in this house very much. It was exactly as it appeared on VRBO. The private lot felt like you were in a secluded area, but in reality it was a short walk to all the action in Bolton Landing. The air conditioning and ceiling fans made the house very comfortable. The children loved the loft area. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property with good location and views!

Couldn't have asked for a better property! Walking distance to local dining and great views. Only thing, like other reviews stated, is the smell from the water treatment facility. It didn't stop us from having a great time because we were out and about a lot and you couldn't smell it inside the house. We will be back!

Great location

Other reviews are accurate that this is very close to the sewage treatment facility but it is tucked away and you cannot see the facility. One evening of our stay there was an unpleasant smell outside of the house but it never smelled indoors and most of the time during our stay it was not an issue. The house was great and the communication with the owner was extremely helpful as we needed to check in early for a wedding.

Great views at this property! It was close to the town, which was nice. There’s plenty of room for everyone; however, it wasn’t very clean for 466/night. The fire pit was a nice touch, but had trash, glass, beverage cans, and cigarette butts around it. Cookware was lacking as well.

Awesome house

Place was great with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains and is very private with no neighbors. Scott was great and easy to get in touch with. Has a loft that could sleep 3-4 if needed besides the 3 bedrooms.you can walk 5 minutes to the town that has bars restaurants,ice cream store you name it. Would love to book again. Only thing I would do is build stairs from top deck to get to the fire pit easy. But believe me it makes no difference it is a great house. Thanks scott

Perfect Little Stay

Actually had more room than I thought, we could have fit another 2 people in there! Very spacious. Photos on the website are a little outdated since the TVs have been upgraded since. There were some questionable items like piles of sheets on the floor that looked like they where not cleaned or doors to the closets that where falling off. The master bed rooms remote to the tv was no where to be found so didn't get to use that. But the communication with the host was great. Our safety of making it into the driveway was a main concern of his and we appreciated that. We also got to check in early! The view of Lake George was also fantastic and when it snowed it was very majestic.

This home was just lovely. It came fully equipped with anything necesaary and more. Walkable to the Bolton town and beautiful views of the Lake. COZY was the oerfevt word to describe our experience
