Relax in this quiet and stylish space. Have a unique getaway located in the best residential area with 24-hour control and security on the way to Samborondon, 10 minutes from the José Joaquín de Olmedo International Airport.
It is a residential complex located in one of the best residential areas of La Puntilla, a few meters from UEES, C.C. Alhambra Plaza and important points of interest in km 2.5 of Via Samborondón, and restaurants. 5 mins away from Plaza Lagos
The space
Modern two bedroom apartment, 1 master with full bathroom each and closet . Totally furnished has a furnished room with a sofa bed of 2 plzs,a full kitchen equipped with odor extractor, microwave, refrigerator, basic utensils, a dining room for 4 people , additional has a laundry room, 3 TVs with Netflix, WiFi, air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, digital lock,a private parking.
Pets are accepted for an additional value at the time of booking to indicate.

Guests will be able to use the communal social area that has an adults and children's pool. Children's park
