House Rules:
**PARTIES AND EVENTS:**
Parties and events are not allowed in the apartment or on the property. Hosting a party or event will result in immediate removal and fines. PLEASE - DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY IF INTENDED FOR THAT PURPOSE.
**SMOKING POLICY:**
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited indoors. This includes vaping, marijuana, tobacco, and water pipes. If any smell or evidence of smoking is found, an additional cleaning fee of $250.00 per day of your reservation will be charged.
**MAKE-UP:**
Please use the provided BLACK MAKE-UP towels to remove make-up. If make-up is found on washcloths, bath towels, hand towels or bedding a replacement charge will be applied.
**CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:**
Please adhere to the check-in time (AFTER 3PM) and check-out time (BEFORE 10AM) to ensure a smooth transition for all guests.
**Pets:**
Pets are not allowed due to the hostâs medical conditions and allergies, including service or emotional support animals.
**TOILETS/SEPTIC SYSTEM/BATHROOMS:** Sensitive plumbing system - Please do not flush ANYTHING other than toilet paper (***not even flushable items***) the toilet/sewage line will clog and result in additional fees for removal!! PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH FEMININE HYGIENE ITEMS, WIPES OR PAPER TOWELS!! Again, additional fees for removal will occur!!! Use the trash can - Thank you
**WASTE DISPOSAL:**
All trash should be collected in the provided trash cans. The trash cans are located outside. Youâll find them behind the black gate, to the left of garage number 3 towards the back of the building.
**DAMAGE POLICY:**
Report any damage immediately. Intentional damage will incur additional charges.
**âPARKING GATE/GARAGE:**
There will be a $100.00 charge if remote is broken or missing. ***Note: The private entrance to the parking area measures 102" wide x 204" deep x 83" high.***
**GUESTS:**
Only registered guests are allowed on the property or in the unit. IDs may be required for all visiting guests, with a maximum of 3 guests permitted in the Apartment at any time.
**Prohibited and Illegal Items:**
Illegal substances, firearms, and flammable materials are strictly prohibited. There is a zero-tolerance policy for any prohibited items on the property.
**Furniture:**
Please do not rearrange the furniture during your stay.
**Kitchen:**
Kindly clean any kitchen amenities you use. Place dirty dishes, glasses, and utensils in the dishwasher before checking out. You don't need to fully clean the kitchen, but please be mindful of the cleaning staff who will be coming in after your stay. NO OIL COOKING
**Filming and Photography:**
Filming and commercial photography are strictly prohibited on the property.
**Quiet Hours:**
Please respect quiet hours from 10PM to 7 AM, as per Philadelphia regulations. Be mindful of your neighbors regarding noise and vibrations.
