Welcome to our Villa-Style 3-Bedroom Apartment with a spacious outdoor area and garden, ideal for families with children and dogs. It is the perfect place to wind down.
This sunny southwest-facing 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom ground-floor apartment is located in a peaceful, gated community with 24-hour security. It features a large terrace with lounging and dining areas, plus a private astroturf garden.
The community offers access to 3 swimming pools, including a children’s pool with sun loungers and shaded areas.
Inside, the apartment includes fast Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, perfect air conditioning/heating, and ultra comfort beds. A fully equipped kitchen is available for your use.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe, an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the main terrace and private terrace. In the second private hallway, you will find the second bathroom, the second bedroom with direct access to a separate terrace, a king-size bed and the third bedroom with two twin beds.
Free and private communal underground parking.
The clubhouse is just a 6-minute walk away with a playground, gym/classes, sauna, turkish baths, thermal beds as well as a cafe and a fabulous restaurant with excellent food.
The beach is a 1-mile or a 25 minute walk to the well-loved beach restaurant, La Sal Chiringuito. The walk to the beach is via an elevated green pathway with exotic plants as well as amenities such as a playground, basketball & football courts, bike park, dog park and plenty of picnic tables!
Supermarkets are nearby, 4 minute drive.
The main area for restaurants is Duquesa Port, 6 minute drive, and Estepona, 9 minute drive.
A car is recommended, though, local taxis and Ubers are readily available too. The local taxi rank is located 1 mile away.
