Some basic services such as hot water, electricity, internet, or water pressure may experience occasional temporary interruptions due to external factors or ongoing work in the area.
These situations are beyond our control, but we will always do our best to assist you and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Additionally, please note that some access roads may be unpaved, which is common in various areas of Tulum.

As our guest, you have free access to our exclusive beach club, located at kilometer 9.3 in Tulum’s hotel zone—one of the most beautiful spots on the coast.

Restaurant: Open daily from 7:30 AM – 10:00 PM

Completely equipped and furnished for your comfort, this unit features a king-size bed offering unparalleled views of nature from your balcony. With a full bathroom, gym access, and complimentary entry to our beach club, we ensure you feel better than at home.

Our concierge will be at your service upon arrival, providing you with all the information you need for your stay. From organizing meals at restaurants to booking beach club reservations and arranging activities in the area, we ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience during your time with us.

We will be attentive to your needs, but we respect your privacy and personal time. You are in control of your privacy and schedule, while we are here to assist you whenever you need.

We can assist you in booking transportation from the airport to the apartment, arranging tours, excursions, restaurant reservations, beach clubs, spa visits, chef services, and special occasions such as proposals, birthdays, and anything else you may need for your vacation.
