The cleaner missed a few things such as a pool towel folded with some type of bodily fluid we just put it in the washer room, the drain in the right bedroom on main level needed the hair removed so the water would go down, the tubs were in need of bleach from being stained, the deck door on main level did not lock, I also had hair on my bed sheets which I just strip the bed an put my own on it. We did find some type of drugs in pill form upstairs under the blanket in the drawer. I had someone in management come pick up. I own my own cleaning business and I have high expectations but some of these things were minor and could be easily over looked but it is something that should be addressed. The cleaners should definitely double or triple check things. I love that we got someone to come take our trash down to the compactor being I didnt want to put it in my car. The view was wow! The hot tub and pool awesome ! The host very quick to get a response! The one thing I would change is when you put in for the house your paying for you should be able to pick the actual house number and the pictures should be the exact same thing you see when booking. I was expecting a table and 6 chairs on top deck and it was rocking chairs that was kind of a bummer. Overall the stay was excellent and we will be returning! Thanks for the excellent service!

Beautiful cabin stay

The cabin is so gorgeous with everything and beyond that you would need to enjoy your stay!! Only because we wanted to explore did we leave the cabin during our stay!! From the beautiful fully equipped kitchen to the indoor pool and game room, this cabin has everything!!! One of my favorites were eating dinner with the family while staring at the amazing mountain view!! Book this cabin and you will not be disappointed!!

House in disrepair, big gap at the bottom of the front door letting in frigid air-took 2 towels to fill. Several doors to the rooms sagging and hard to open/close. Only 1 very small nightstand in each room upstairs-no space for cell phone or any additional outlets to charge phones or electronics. Beds very uncomfortable and only 1 blanket. The home was not clean, obvious bodily fluids on wall next to toilet on main floor, bug carcasses under lamps, dishwasher doesnt open all the way, filter on fridge due for replacement, no shovel for the 8 inches of snow we received. We reserved a home with 2 king masters on main floor because we were travelling with disabled family member, were moved to a home that only had 1 king and it was on main floor. Left couple sharing a queen in a small room. Heat through home was not efficient, some rooms were overly hot while others were frigid. Living room rug was absolutely disgusting, chairs were in need of a cleaning. Home advertises an arcade, consists of a foosball machine with no ball and a pacman machine that was missing the top of the joystick. Overall I was not impressed with the quality of cleanliness, host responsiveness or customer service of this home and would find other accommodations for future visits.
