This quaint little apartment is on the second floor facing south. Lots of sunshine, very clean, had a full kitchen and it’s welcoming. Full privacy, parking, and the hosts are extremely polite. I recommend this place to anyone going to Niagara Falls and the region!!! Loved our stay.

Great Location

The bed might be a little small for some people but it was perfect for us and one of the more comfier places we have stayed at. Pretty small space but it had everything we needed and was in a great location

Great for two!

This apartment is small but perfect for two people. Renovated and very clean. Many amenities are available in the apartment (from kitchen to shower items). On site parking is a plus. You can get to Niagara-on-the-lake in about 20 minutes - so many wineries to choose from! You can walk to the falls from here (a good 30 minutes) although we took our car, a 5 minute drive and paid parking is easy to find. The white water walkway is close by - very impressive. Property managers were always easy to reach and very helpful.

Exactly as senne in the photos

We stayed for 1 week. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. Stan and Sylvia lived on the first floor of the house. So it is very easy to communicate with them. The minor drawback was that the kitchen and "dining room" were small. But for 2 persons, it was OK. So globally, we are very pleased with our stay.

Wonderful experience

My daughter and I stayed at the property for 2 nights during her weekend soccer tournament. Not only was the apartment newly renovated, but it was also spotless. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom shower was superb. The only thing better was meeting Sylvia, the owner. What a delightful person!

10/10 would definitely recommend!

A Comfortable, clean and cozy home. 10 minute driving distance to Clifton Hill/Niagara falls and Canadian/American border. Owners were so kind and accommodating and responded to emails within 12 hours. Stayed here for a total of 8 months and felt very much at home. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay for short term or long term.

Comoda y bien equipada

Comoda acogedora, se agradece que no falten utensilios de cocina y que la casa este bien equipada stan y silvia fueron muy amables por mensaje y me supo mal no poder saludarles pero teniamos muy poco tiempo y no fue posible por causa nuestra no de ellos, poder dejar el coche guardado en la entrada es mas comodo que en la calle

location is perfect!

We loved our stay here, it is a short drive everywhere you would want to go if you’re a tourist. Then the apartment is located by a laundromat if you need to do laundry while there. The kitchen has everything you’d need if you were at home, Stan and Sylvia are great host and they offer pamphlets for ideas on attractions to do to give you ideas. Also parking by the falls for military families or veterans is free for future guests to know! It was a great stay, we would plan on staying here again if we make it back to the falls! Thank you Stan and Sylvia!

Clean and comfortable. Everything you need.

Nice clean place with a kitchen and ac. Easy parking in a quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to the falls. A little far to walk for us. When we went in town we used the 10.00 parking lot with all day in and out privileges and free shuttle to the falls. Worked out great.

Nice little place!

Stan is extremely nice! There were 3 of us traveling, my husband and teenage son. The apartment fit us but will admit you couldn't have fit a 4th person and we didn't do anything in the apartment except sleep for 2 nights for about 8 hours. I would stay again if it were only my husband and myself! The place was very clean though and much cheaper than staying in a hotel!

Great place. Close to the Falls. Convient.

Our overall experiences was great. The space was clean and the hosts open. The only thing that was of some concern was the sofa bed which had a medal bar down the middle that pushed up through the mattress making it difficult to lay comfortably and spread out. Besides that it was just what we needed for a simple, convient stay. Thank you!!!

Small apartment, was a tight fit for my family of 4 but we made it work, no problem!

We enjoyed our stay. It was unseasonably warm during our stay but there was an a/c unit in both the bedroom and living area so we were very comfortable. It was a clean, comfortable place to stay. We didn’t get to meet the hosts face to face but they made themselves easily accessible should we have needed them & were quick to respond to messages. Over all a good experience & a pleasant stay!

Perfectly cozy

Reminds me of staying at my grandma's as a kid. Showed up in the middle of the night and the host was nice enough to show me in because I was too dumb to figure it out myself. Joking aside, the host was very responsive, would stay again. It is a bit of a walk to the falls, but you're probably savvy enough to get an Uber

My name is Stan, and together with my wife Sylvia we have been renting the unit to long term tenants since 2002. We enjoy meeting new people and have recently began to rent to short-term visitors of Niagara.

This property was one of the first to be built on Second Avenue 130 years ago, and is currently located in the heart of the city of Niagara Falls.

This quiet property location is away from the hustle and bustle of the touristic part of the city, yet it is 10 minutes driving to all the attractions, including the Niagara Falls, Clifton Hill and the two Casinos.
