Stor 2 sovrum / 2 bad lägenhet med en fantastisk havsutsikt. Njut av den vita sandstranden i New Smyrna Beach, på den centrala Floridas östkust. En timme från Disney och Orlando International Airport. 20 minuter söder om Daytona Beach.

Vår stora balkong med utsikt över havet och en tropisk anlagd innergård. Vår lägenhet ligger i en semesteranläggning på den södra delen av New Smyrna Beach. Skälen är vackert formgiven och har en havet uppvärmd pool (vintermånaderna), tennisbana, shuffleboard, och stor uteplats lusthus.

Steg från poolen på den vita sandstranden i Atlanten för att fiska, bada, surfa, spela volleyboll, cykel eller segel.

Vi är en timme bort från Orlando, hem för Disney World, Sea World och Universal, och en halv timme till Daytona och Kennedy Space Center.

New Smyrna Beach röstades "Best Beach i Florida" av läsarna av FLORIDA Monthly Magazine och har många konstgallerier, levande teater, shopping och restauranger. Besök historiska Flagler Avenue med sina pittoreska butik, pubar och restauranger.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, stort badrum med en fantastisk utsikt över havet! Gästen sovrummet har en queen size-säng, stor garderob och massor av låda utrymme. Vi har drottning dra ut soffan. Koppla av i vardagsrummet på bekväma lädersoffor medan du tittar på vågorna rulla in!

Köket har alla bekvämligheter i ett hem och har utsikt över matsal och vardagsrum. Vi har tre tv-apparater och för din bekvämlighet hög hastighet trådlöst internet. Arbeta från stranden, poolen eller veranda med våra Wi-Fi-anslutning!

Detta är en icke-rökare bostadsrätt! Rökning är OK på bara en veranda.

Everything was great! Beautiful location on the beach, super clean condo unit, and the pool area and deck are very nice. The only downside is that there is no shade or umbrellas on the pool deck, except for some tables that are on the far side of the deck, away from the beach. So it is impossible to enjoy the lounge chairs unless one doesn't mind full sun. The owners were very responsive to communication, and clearly have gone to great lengths to make their unit comfortable and inviting! I will hopefully be able to visit here again!

I liked everything about this property. The unit I stayed in was very clean, very well kept, had everything you need & was perfect for a single person or a couple. I was in town to work so I didn’t use amenities but there were plenty of people using the swimming pools, shuffleboards & beach access. The best thing was how clean & quiet the place was. I’m already planning on staying in the same unit next time I’m in New Smyrna Beach!

New Smyrna Beach Condo

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was decorated so cute for Florida and everything looked just like the pictures online! Very nice and clean and had everything you could possibly need. Just bought our groceries for the week and relaxed on the beach and a day or too at the pool! We love New Smyrna Beach and visit there every year! There is a General Dollar store and a nice restaurant right across the street from the condo! The owner of the condo is really nice and answers your texts right away if you have questions! We definitely would stay there again!

Great week

The rental is just as advertised. Actually is bigger than the pictures portrayed. Great place to stay for a couple. Complex was clean and quiet. Condo had everything you could need as far as towels and kitchen utensils. Good sized bedroom with king bed. Laundry is 20 feet away if needed. Check in process was easy and directions for arrival and how to use TV and other things really helped. My wife and I would stay here anytime. There’s also a lot to do a in NSB. Overall great experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo right on the beach. The location is perfect and on a part of the beach that feels so private and relaxing. The owner, Deb, was very prompt in responding & answering any questions, and made everything so nice for our visit. Checking in and out was a breeze and the unit is located close to elevators making loading & unloading super easy.The unit is beautifully decorated, well stocked and overall pristine. You can tell the owners put much thought & effort into enduring their guests needs are all met. They provided beach chairs, toys for the kids and plenty of towels for the unit and the pool. The Kuerig was appreciated for our morning brew. We will definitely book this unit again in the future! Thank you Deb!

This is our new favorite place! It is so clean and bright! The owner has thought of every amenity you might need. Wifi was great! The pools were clean and the lounge chairs were great too! Deb, the owner communicated well and was timely in replying to any questions I had. It is right on the ocean and that stretch of sand was not too crowded, people were all nice and the beach was super clean. I will be back again!

We really enjoyed our time in this condo. It was very clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked. The complex is right on the beach, and the pool area is great. We would definitely rent here again.

Review

The condo was nice and updated. It was unfortunate that we were not told about the construction all over the grounds and on the sea Wall of the beach. Made it very hard to enjoy the beach with the constant machinery noise. Also The “heated” pool was freezing cold and half of the pool deck was blocked off due to construction. If we would of known about this, we would of booked somewhere else.

We believe in making our guests very comfortable during their stay. Since buying our first unit in Castle Reef in 2008 we have built a loyal clientele who stay with us year after year, we are very proud of that.

Our goal is to offer a clean and relaxing stay on a beautiful beach at a reasonable price. We provide all of the necessities included in the price of your stay. We also have a supply of essential items for our guests. It's all about being relaxed, not worrying about the small stuff !

We pay attention to details, neatness, cleanliness and convenience. There is an abundance of plush beach towels, bath towels and 100% cotton sheets and bedspreads.

In the past we have rented condos, paid good money to stay only to arrive and find there was no toilet paper in the unit ! Frustrating, not a good way to start a holiday.

Our goal is to always exceed our Guests expectations. Our current unit is located at Sea Coast 3, it is a large modern unit offered at a very reasonable rate.

New Smyrna Beach is the friendliest place I have ever been in North America.
The residents are so polite and respectful, it is just a pleasure to stay in town.
We love it, small town feel but with all of the amenities.

Canal Street and Flagler Avenue, offer you a bit of the town's history as well as many stores and fabulous restaurants. In recent years many restaurants have opened in New Smyrna Beach for our Guests to enjoy.

Sea Coast 3 is located across the street from 3 wonderful restaurants, a gym that offers a weekly membership. The Dollar General Market is in the same plaza for quick grocery and beer pick ups. A laundry mat, nail and hair salons, all a quick walk away.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The beach is so clean, it's a no drive, and never too crowded. Our condo is very 'clean', we used to rent prior to purchasing and found the condos not clean enough for us. We have no carpet in the unit, LOVE THAT!!!

Fall 2024 we purchased all new beds, mattresses, living and dining room furniture. The light colored paint and large windows makes it light, bright and modern
The primary bathroom has been completely renovated with beautiful new tiling and modern fixtures . Coming May 2025 a brand new large modern kitchen and a full renovation of the 2nd bathroom. Our unit is truly an A+!!
