Escape to our cozy retreat in the heart of the White Mountains, perfect for families and friends seeking relaxation and outdoor adventures. Our modern, spacious home offers a serene base to unwind and reconnect with nature year-round. Greet the day with forest views, explore nearby hiking trails, hit the slopes, or indulge in our community center amenities. Enjoy winter evenings by the fireplace or summer nights roasting marshmallows around the backyard campfire. The mountains are calling!
THE SPACE
Perfect for a family reunion, vacation with two families, special get-together, gathering of friends, or private business retreat. This premium, large chalet home has plenty of space to comfortably accommodate 10 people.
3-levels, 3,500 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, 2 wood-burning fireplaces, garage, huge deck, back yard, fire pit, and much more!
The house is secluded even though there are other nearby homes. The yard is private, especially in the summer with all the trees. In the winter, after the leaves drop, there is a nice view of mountains through the trees. Situated on a two-acre wooded lot, there is plenty of space to spread out both indoors and out.
Fully equipped! We provide linens, towels, pool towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee (drip, French press, K-cup, Nespresso), tea, and all the essentials!
Propane grill and patio furniture available spring through fall.
AMENITIES & RECREATION
Located in the Waterville Estates, a vacation home community in Campton/Thornton, you have the opportunity to access to the year-round Community Center (5min walk, 1min drive) which offers 2 outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools, 3 hot tubs, sauna, game room, restaurant, and bar.
You will have free access to outdoor community facilities including courts (basketball, tennis, pickleball, & volleyball), pond with beach, and community hiking/cross-country/snowshoe trails (accessible from our front door).
Our community ski hill (Campton Mountain - 5min walk, 1min drive) is open winter weekends and holidays for both day and night skiing. The base lodge, with restaurant and bar, hosts live music most weekends.

We're Ben and Luz. Ben is from Massachusetts and grew up camping and hiking in the White Mountains. Luz is from Guadalajara, Mexico and has a deep love for nature and animals. We moved to Thornton during the pandemic to find peace and stillness. We have found this house to be the most incredible place for meditating, relaxing, and reconnecting with the natural world.
