Colorful Mexico inspired family beach house. Just a couple stone throws from the sea, let Casa Kokopelli put some spice back into your familyâs life. Relaxing indoors or outdoors, or playing games at the house or beach ⊠this is the spot to come back to year after year.

Please note: The bunk room is detached from the main house, accessed via a common covered breezeway through the side door.
The Neighborhood:
Las Conchas is a beautiful beach community! It is a short 10 minute drive to the malecon and all the nightlife and action; while being far enough removed to enjoy the tranquility of the beach community. The beach in Las Conchas is beautiful with sandy areas and rock/coral areas perfect for tide pooling. You may see everything from crab, snails, starfish and jellyfish to sting rays, octopus, sea lions, dolphins and occasionally whales in the cooler months.

You'll find an informational binder on the counter. In it there is information on the community, reccomondations, emergency contact info, wifi details and more!
