Welcome to your dream mountain Sundance Ski Resort Carriage House! This luxurious mountain studio, designed to accommodate up to 3 guests, offers a cozy mountain modern aesthetic with many amazing features.

- Full and well appointed Kitchen: The studio boasts a large well appointed kitchen, equipped with high-end appliances, granite countertops, and a spacious peninsula with extra seating. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
- Beautiful Landscaping: The Carriage house sits atop the garage of the main house on the property. The surrounding landscaping is meticulously maintained and enhances the natural beauty of the mountain setting. While the common areas outside of the main home are for the use of the guests of the main home, you will certainly enjoy the vibrant colors of the seasonal flowers and the changing colors of aspens and gamble oaks as you make your way to and from the Carriage house entrance.
- Stunning Views: Breathtaking vistas of the the surrounding valley and Timpanogos mountain range can be found through the windows of the hidden outlook room. Large windows throughout the carriage house ensure you never miss a moment of the stunning scenery, whether you're relaxing in the living room, enjoying a meal in the dining area, or luxuriating in the large plush king bed.
While the outdoor common areas, fire pits, decks and hot tub are for the use of the guests of the main house only, check with your host who will gladly allow use of these areas if there is no guest booked at the main house.
- Sleeping: 1 open studio bedroom king bed and a super fun ladder access twin bed sleeping area for the adventurous kid or teenager half way up to the hidden outlook!
Living areas: A generous living room area in the studio with large stone fireplace, large windows and a cozy breakfast nook with views of the surrounding outside beauty. This studio has an amazing ensuite bathroom with free standing tub and glass shower enclosure as well as a full laundry area.

Nice little getaway retreat away from the city

Fun little over the garage cabin with nicely appointed decor and a big comfortable bed. The freestanding tub was enjoyed as well!! We would stay here again no question!

Excellent Cozy Cottage

This charming cottage was beautifully decorated, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. Its location near Sundance Resort was great, offering the perfect mountain retreat. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and enjoyed every moment of our stay. It snowed 7” overnight, making the stay even better, with the streets and roads cleared by 7am. Definitely recommend this rental!

Sweet little retreat

We found the studio to be well worth it! The space is nicely laid out with a great kitchen. Everything is new and beautifully designed. The bed was very comfortable. We slept like babies! And the views can’t be beat.

Great getaway for a great price!

Absoltuely beautiful location! The Carriage House is even bigger than it looks in photos plenty of room. Great communication from the property manager. WiFi was out when we got there, and we woke up to Cinnamon Rolls the next morning to apologize. Highly recommend.
