Denna fantastiska tre sovrumssvit ligger i Zona Romantica-distriktet i Puerto Vallarta, JAL, Mexiko. Det har utsikt över poolen, välskötta trädgårdar och havet.

Du är några steg från poolen, stranden och många fantastiska barer och restauranger. Komplexet har 24-timmars säkerhet.

Sviten har ett komplett gourmetkök och moderna apparater. Det finns en grillplats på verandan. Det finns plats för 8 i matsalen och plats för 6 på verandan. Det stora rummet är utrustat med en 70-tums platt-TV, kabelservice och ett Bose-surroundljudsystem.

Beautiful Property

Everything is beautiful about this property, our condo was big and spacious with it's own washer and dryer which was nice to watch our clothes and towels. The pool is quiet and relaxing with good food from the swim up bar.

Soooo Perfect!

We booked this beautiful condo for a trip with our family and I cannot say enough good things about the condo and Molina de Agua! Communication with the owner and property manager was good. The condo is gorgeous, very well laid out, had everything we needed, right down to beach towels, laundry soap, dishes, glassware. All 5 of us got a resort keypass so we could come and go as we pleased. The pool is INCREDIBLE! It’s heated, cleaned each morning, plenty of seating and we loved the little pool bar and their staff for drinks and snacks. We are definitely looking forward to our next visit.

Beautiful property, great location

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The property management company made sure everything was ready for us before we arrived to Puerto Vallarta. The infinity pool is big and the swim up bar has great service.

Wonderful fun place to vacation

Our condo was amazing !! Great view there were only 4 of us so plenty of room. Very clean loved all the decorations and mid-week housekeeping was great !!!

Highly Recommend

I’ve stayed here before but it had been a few years. Everything was exceptional as usual. We hired a chef for a night also and Angel(property manager) looked after getting it all organized. Was perfect. It won’t be 2 years again! Thanks for a great vacation!

Perfect condo to relax and explore Puerto Vallart from

Recently stayed at Jacks condo with our 3 year old and my parents. The condo had everything you could ask for. The gardens ,swimming pool and roped off beach sun beds where perfect for our active 3 year old. Great location to explore Puerto Vallart on foot! Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful Outdoor Terrace

Having rented a number of Casas and Condos in Puerto Vallarta over a dozen or so visits, we found this condo to be one of the finest. Its location to El Centro, Romantic Zone and ocean makes it easy to feel the city's culture.

We both love to travel and experience different cultures and landscapes. Over the last 10 years we have purchased vacation rental properties in several places that we have fallen in love with and enjoyed. We love to vacation with our families but when not using the properties for personal use we rent them out to other vacation travelers. I fell in love with Molino de Agua the moment of my first visit. I hope to retire here one day.

I purchased this property in 2016 and immediately began renovation and updating the property. I fell in love with this property because of the beautiful ocean and garden view, the location, the pool and the grounds. This is the best property in Puerto Vallarta.

My unit has new furniture, beds, mattresses, art and a brand new 75" flat panel TV with a Bose surround system.

This unit had easy assess to the pool, a garden and ocean view and a state of the art entertainment system. You can stream your own music through the BOSE sound system while you relax on the veranda and take in the ocean view. The entertainment system is equipped with a smart remote for easy use.

I have employed a full time professional management staff in Puerto Vallarta to oversee this property. Upon arrival you will be greeted and given a brief tour and overview of the property, grounds and amenities.

There are also board games, cards and dominos for your enjoyment.
