MONTHLY RENTAL: Requires a minimum stay of 28 nights occurring within the same month. Stay a month and live like a local!

THE PROPERTY: Welcome to the newly constructed Sunny Daze Cottage, where you can relax and unwind on your private patio complete with comfortable furnishings and a gas grill. Upon entering the home, you will be in awe of the smart design and vaulted ceiling. An open concept family room and kitchen with natural light, sit between two bedrooms and two full baths, making it perfect for family or friends. The family room is comfortably furnished, and the sofa bed provides an additional sleeping space. The family room spills into the dining area and a beautifully updated kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, white shaker cabinets and quartz countertops round out the space. The primary king bedroom has a reading chair and bedside lighting. Its ensuite bath is beautifully done and has dual sinks and a large walk-in shower. The secondary full sized bed bedroom includes nightstands and bedside lighting. The second full bathroom is located next to this bedroom and has a white vanity and tub/shower combination. Both bedrooms have closets, TVs, and walls that are adorned with wainscoting and muted colors of the sea. Whether you decide to relax on your private brick patio or stroll downtown, you will surely appreciate the upscale finishes in this pristine home as well as its walkability to all things Key West.

BED CONFIGURATION: The primary bedroom has a king bed, and the secondary bedroom has a full sized bed. There is a pull-out sofa in the family room.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: This home has a gas grill for your catch of the day. An outdoor sectional sofa and dining table add to the allure of this private, fenced outdoor area surrounded by palm trees.

PARKING: There is no designated parking space, but street parking may be available throughout the neighborhood.

LOCATION: Old Town Key West just off a quiet one-way street in a residential neighborhood. Walkable to Duval Street and a variety of restaurants, shops, and Key West attractions.

PETS: This home is NOT pet-friendly. (If you have pets, please browse through our many homes that are pet friendly).

SMOKING: This is a non-smoking home and property.

A Little Gem in Old Town

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our stay here very much. The property is beautifully decorated, very well equipped, and in excellent condition. There is a large private courtyard with comfortable outdoor furniture where we spent a lot of time. Everything was brand new, which was really appreciated. The location in the heart of Old Town couldn’t be beat. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would definitely return.
