The Space:
Cabin R offers 800 sq ft of cozy Texas Hill Country charm. Inside, you’ll find a bright living area with eclectic décor, a vinyl record player for a nostalgic touch, and a kitchen stocked with vacation essentials. The bedroom features a comfortable bed, and the bathroom has a standard tub-shower combo. Step outside to your private turf backyard with outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing before or after a soak in your own private hot tub.

Guest Access:
Your cabin is completely private, with its own turf backyard, outdoor furniture, and private hot tub. You’ll also have full access to all shared amenities—sparkling pool, wood-burning fire pits, hammocks, picnic areas, and yard games. Free parking for 1–2 vehicles is included. Self-check-in makes arrival easy, and our team is just a message or call away.

The Neighborhood:
Starlight Horizon is nestled in peaceful Canyon Lake, right in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. Spend your days sailing on the lake, floating the San Marcos or Guadalupe Rivers, or hiking scenic trails. Within a short drive, enjoy Fredericksburg’s wineries, historic Gruene Hall, live music at Whitewater Amphitheater, or Schlitterbahn Waterpark.

Getting Around:
Most guests arrive by car to explore the Texas Hill Country at their own pace. We’re about 1 hour from both Austin-Bergstrom and San Antonio International Airports. Each cabin includes free parking. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available locally.

Other Things to Note:
Pets stay free! Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–8 a.m. to keep the property peaceful for all guests. Parties and events are welcome with prior approval. As part of a dark-sky community, we keep outdoor lighting low for incredible stargazing—bring your telescope! Please be mindful that we’re on a septic system. No smoking on the property.
