Tre sovrum, allrum, vardagsrum och helt nytt modernt kök. 2 badrum och tvättstuga. Fullt möblerade hela. Kabel-TV och höghastighetsinternet. Köket är fullt utrustad och har alla nya apparater. Stor uteplats med gasolgrill. Beach tvärs över gatan från huset med picknickbord och bryggor. Offentliga sjösättning över sjön. The Great Sacandaga Lake är den perfekta semestern plats för vattenskidor, slangar och naturligtvis fiske alla med vacker utsikt över bergen. Allt du behöver för en stor familj semester är dina egna sängkläder och handdukar. Alla verktyg ingår, tillgängliga året runt för veckovis (lördag 1:00 p.m. till lördag 11:00 a.m.). Comfortable accommodations

Nice place to stay. Plenty of room, nicely furnished. We would stay again. Some bedding & towels were available but might prefer to bring your own.

Nice place to stay

We rented the property for overflow sleeping for family in town for Thanksgiving. The hot water wasn’t turned on at first, but Jerry was easy to get in touch with, and it was a quick fix.

Beautiful location

As second time renters, we returned to this spacious getaway within walking distance to the quaint town of Northville and the Great Sacandaga. Wonderful experience, again!

House was awesome

The house was very nice and well stocked with necessities. The only bad thing about this vacation was I rented a place 17 miles from my home to spend most of my time inside because it rained almost every day, which is nobody’s fault but it was a lot of money to spend to do something I could have done at home. 😔😔😔

Nice place

It was a nice place to get away, but bring a dehumidifier, because the place gets very muggy in the summer time and since it is in the basement it does not move air well. Otherwise, was a nice set up and was very convenient.

Great beach access!

The house had everything we needed. (Bring your own sheets and towels.) Clean, easy to get to and close to town. The property has access to Lake Sacandaga across the road with beach, fire pit and dock for boats and kayaks. Great place to have a fire and cocktails! My family would be happy to come back!

Great for our family

Very nice, clean rental with lots of space!

My family of four rented this property for a weekend and it was very nice and spacious. The kitchen is updated and is open to the main entry/living which was great for entertaining/visiting. It is a bit tricky to find off the main road. Be aware the driveway is gravel and dirt and quite steep, so keep momentum whilst driving up to the property :). The owner was very responsive leading up to the rental and very accommodating for our stay. Overall a nice, quiet, and beautiful rental. Thank you!

Great place to stay

This property is very quiet. The home has lots of things included. The owners are very responsive. Dock is a great bonus for quick stops on your kayak or watercraft. We may return here next year!

After looking for a place to vacation we decided to purchase the lower level of this home from our close friends. We enjoy kayaking swimming and relaxing by the water.

Our home provides you with 1500 square feet of fully furnished space. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths as well as a fully equipped kitchen it is the perfect place to vacation or just get away.
Just across the street from the lake you can enjoy a quiet afternoon on the water.
