Conveniently located off Highway 50 (expect some road noise).
Across from Zephyr Point.
One mile to Zephyr Cove Beach for public use.

One reserved parking space (Unit number corresponds to a numbered space).

Important Details:
There are no real Lake View, while it can be a peek-a-boo, it's a limited view due to pine trees that block it.
Potential for hazardous road conditions in winter and air quality issues in summer; travel insurance is highly recommended.
Please make right turns only when exiting onto Highway 50 for safety.
Pet Policy:
Pets are subject to owner approval (additional fee applies). If your pet is approved, it cannot be left unattended in the unit. No cats allowed.
Absolutely no smoking; fines start at $500.

100% refund if canceled 60 days before check-in.
