The Space:
Recent construction cottage with modern decor. Open-concept space with plenty of natural light. The common area allows all guests to come together for a pleasant stay.

50% discount on access to Parc de la forêt Ouareau! The park has recently added several play structures for children, making it a great spot for families.

The kitchen is well-equipped and offers all you need. A dishwasher, washer, and dryer are also at your disposal.

For your comfort, the cottage also includes:

- Filter coffee and a Keurig coffee machine
- Indoor gas fireplace
- Outdoor wood-burning fireplace (wood is provided at no additional cost)

The master bedroom offers a queen bed, the second bedroom has a bunk bed (double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top), and there is a queen sofa bed in the living room. Bedding and towels are provided.

A travel crib (playpen) and high chair are available on-site (free of charge).

The cottage is equipped with an outdoor security camera for the safety of the premises. Video surveillance will only be used in the event of a breach or vandalism.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire cottage and its wooded property. Our secondary private land is also at your disposal. There, you will find access to the Dufresne River and picnic areas. In winter, the tubing hill is located near this area.
