My family stayed here for our son’s graduation from UC and it was perfect! Property was clean and comfortable in a quiet community. Communication was five star! Absolutely exceeded our expectations.

The property was beautiful and so comfortable to relax at the end of our long days of exploring. There was plenty of space and it was clean. We had a couple things we reached out about, and the hosts were quick to respond and helpful. The location was perfect for our trip, as it was almost exactly halfway between the Ark and Creation museum. I have some friends that are thinking about doing this trip, and I would recommend this house to stay in.

This house is beautiful! It was clean, the hot tub was clean, it’s actually has 2 full baths and a half bath downstairs(sink & toilet) It is perfectly located to go to The Ark & Creation Museum, plus other things as well. Communication was great!! Everything handled perfectly for anything we needed.

Bathrooms had hair on walls, Master bath had dead flies and spiders in it. There was light bulbs out. The hot tub was not useable it was full of mold and slime. Company sent someone to clean it she put the old mold filters back in it. There was stuff under back porch piled up. The porch needs maintenance done to it.

Great Sibling Weekend

Great location, close to The Ark Encounter. Enjoyed the Big Bone Lick state park, wineries and distilleries close by. Must try Family’s Main Street Cafe. Great home cooking and the pies were amazing.

Comfortable home

Great place to stay! Lovely neighborhood, clean home, and a kitchen with everything we could need. It was a perfect spot to get to the Ark Encounter, creation museum, and grocery store.

Convenient location

Comfortable stay with plenty of space - listing should say 2.5 baths rather than 3 but other than that, it was nice. Location is a very easy drive to The Creation Museum and The Ark Encounter.

Great location - Cozy home!

We booked the home because it is between the Ark Encounter and The Creation Museum - The location was perfect! Easy access back to the highway, close to Dunkin Donuts, Skyline Chili and best of all Kelly Q's right at the end of the street! Hosts were eager to please. The home had PLENTY of towels available plus detergent, shampoo etc.

Great house for our family visiting the Ark and Creation Museum. Had issues with the property management not following their and VRBO payment terms. They owned the mistake and it was resolved.

It’s a beautiful home with enough space for a family of 6 to spread out! Definitely recommend it to a family of six or five couples looking to stay somewhere in Kentucky. It does not, however, have a lot of things for kids to do in the house.

Arkside Oasis-- Accurate Description

We were so impressed with the cleanliness and preparedness of the home. There were plenty of dishes and silverware. We were very grateful for the blackout curtauns
